"I am so impressed at 4pm I was looking for someone to fix our air conditioning that my mom is sick and has been in the house getting very irritated and has had a really hard time with the rain and the windows closed. THE A/C SERVICE & MORE company called me the manager her name is Eda she was amazing empathetic to our situation unprofessional to help me get the job done quickly she said to not worry we will be out there today knowing my situation they came out within the hour in the rainy weather and not charge me for after hours and fixed my air conditioning and by 5:30 pm the house was cooling and Jose the techenial was friendly and very professional. This company has great customer service. They are quick and responsive.

We installed our A/C towards end of March 2013, but didn't move into the house until March 2014. When our unit was giving us problems, they came out and took care of the issue, and everything works great now. (The blower cable came loose).

We also recently purchased a new return box to replace our old one, and Jon was very courteous and did a good job.
