Air Quality Control Environmental Inc. is a local family owned business that provides residential and commercial air duct cleaning and fungicidal sealing (coating) of the fiberglass components disturbed by the cleaning process. The coating is EPA registered, anti-microbial, and is guaranteed against mold growth. What makes us different from most air duct cleaning companies is we offer this coating instead of just cleaning/sanitizing the air ducts. Leaving cleaned/sanitized air ducts unsealed will cause fiberglass to travel in the air stream and will not remove any mold or odors that have built up over years. In addition to the above services, we also offer thorough residential/multi-family/commercial dryer vent/stacks cleaning, high efficiency filters, and environmental testing.

They arrived precisely at 8 a.m. when they said they would. I am truly impressed and happy with the work that was done. They took the time to cover my furniture before beginning the air duct cleaning process and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. They also did a walk through to make sure that I was happy with the job they did. There is a remarkable difference in the before and after air quality and I see an improvement in my allergies. I would highly recommend this company.

They arrived early with a phone call to tell me they would be early. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Although I cleaned my own vent covers and repainted them myself, they still marked on there work order that they cleaned them. But I can't fault them for that. I took them down and cleaned them myself a week earlier because I couldn't stand the mold that was accumulating on them. I did forget to ask about a warranty though. We will see if the coating inside my vents holds up against mold as promised. To this point I am satisfied with their work.

I was skeptical about this service since I had read that duct cleaning doesn't do much but we could see the dirt removed and mold treated. I don't have any air quality studies before and after but am glad we did this and I will probably have done again in the future as part of normal maintenance of an old house. The crew was very professional, and pricing was in-line with others offering this service.

Supposed to be $35 per drop to clean vents as per website, technician came out and quoted $399. No thanks.

"Hi Karen, We do have set prices and minimum charges for duct cleaning. $399 is our minimum. We do offer a HomeAdvisor discount that customers need to ask for. HomeAdvisor put pricing on our profile. But it is not correct. $35 per vent is for each vent over 10. With a minimum charge of $399. We will straighten this out directly with Home Advisor. Sorry for any misunderstanding. We have had set pricing for over 25 years. UPDATE- I am currently unable to see any pricing on our profile."

This company was recommended to me by the company that recently installed my AC unit. The two workman who came over to clean my ducts were very friendly and very professional. They cleaned up after the job was done and answered all the questions I had. I was also glad to get a price of $299 for cleaning the 3 vents in my house. I give them an A+ recommendation.
