Great! I would say one of the best if not the best company out there. Very professional and great customer service. No issues at all.

We were happy with all aspects of dealing with this company. Both the people in the office and techs they sent out had great customer service skills, explained everything and accomplished everything they said they would in the time they promised. There was a small accident while taking the duct cleaner in and out of our house, a tile on our front step got chipped. The techs showed it to me and the put me in immediate contact with office to resolve the issue. They promptly got a licensed contractor out to replace the tile and took care of everything. I would use them again or recommend to anyone, fair prices, professional employees and good customer service. 

I cant praise Weathershield enough for the service they have provided.  I
 had previously paid another company to come clean my split AC.  It was emitting a moldly smell, which I assumed was becasue of mold and build up on the blower wheel and in the pan.  The first company used a strong smelling cleaner and told me it was clean.  It took 2 weeks for the smell of the cleaner to dissipate, and when it did, the old moldy smell was still there.  I took the unit half apart and could see a huge amount of build up still on the blower wheel and black mold growing on the interior of the plastic casing which covers and protects the coils and blower apparatus.
I called Weathershield and asked if they could have a technician call me back to discuss my situation.  I didnt want to pay - again-  for a service that wouldnt clean the unit properly and thoroughly.  The office had John, the head technician, call me back that very day and he described to me in detail how he would clean the unit, which was fa ar more involved process than the first company used.
I called the office back and Christina scheduled John to come and perform the cleaning the following week.  The office called the day before to confirm the appointment, and called the morning of to let me know that the technicians were on their way. John and his helper Hunter showed up right on time, placed booties over their shoes before they come into the house, and spent the next 2.5 hours carefully and thoroughly dismantling, cleaning. and reassembling the unit.   I was right there the entire time, and they took great care to explain to me what they were doing and why, without ever showing the slightest discomfort that I was there asking questions and watching the entire time.
The next day I heard a slightly unusual sound and called Christina, who scheduled John to come right back out.  He made a quick and minor adjustment and the unit is running perfectly now: smoothly, quietly, and the odor is gone.
I have lived in SoFla for 13 years, and this company gave the best service with the most professionalism that I have ever received since moving here.    Kudos to everyone at Weathershiled for their professional and technical expertise.  I will never use another AC company.

These folks are great!  The first couple of years that I had this central AC installed, the main HVAC unit would freeze up and flood the closet and adjacent areas.  
After paying another company for the same repair for three years, I finally ditched them and called Weathershield.  They came out, noticed that I had a bad thermostat, replace that, serviced the unit and I haven't had a problem since then. 
The folks are super polite, arrive on time and have had my AC purring now for over four years now.  Can't say enough.

Unusual fitting piece required three visits, all accomplished on same day --diligence was good.

They arrived promptly and completed the job in less than 2 hours.  They were courteous and neat and very friendly.  I would use them again when needed.

I contacted this company to get estimates for three different projects. We had met with two other professionals who had recommended that our A/C unit was replaced immediately. Weathershield gave us other options. They sent two guys to make an assessment and it turn out to be one the best experiences during my home remodeling project.

John and his partner completed a through assessment of my A/C unit and made recommendations based on what I was requesting. With his assessment and recommendations we were able to save money and still get work done. He explained to us that although our unit was dated it did not need immediate replacement. He recommended that we clean coils and gave us different options for the new vent. He sent additional information via email on AC units including an estimate for a new unit and  our very much needed ceiling insulation.

We decided to hire this company based on our experience with the John and the information he shared with us. Their prices were very reasonable prices when comparing them to the other two companies. They sent Jose and his partner for the new vent and they did a great job. The work was neatly done and the room cools like a the rest of the house. John came to clean our coils. He removed the entire unit and cleaned everything to perfection. Our A/C unit is working fine.

I highly recommend this company based on my experience with the quality of the work performed and most importantly their honesty. From their customer service staff to their technicians this company deserves an A. 

Once we complete some electrical work in the house, we will hire them for the installation of the ceiling insulation.

This company has great customer service. They are quick and responsive.

We installed our A/C towards end of March 2013, but didn't move into the house until March 2014. When our unit was giving us problems, they came out and took care of the issue, and everything works great now. (The blower cable came loose).

We also recently purchased a new return box to replace our old one, and Jon was very courteous and did a good job.  

I called Weathershield because the pipes in the ceiling were dripping water from condensation and had ruined several placed on my ceiling.  Some of the vents themselves were "sweating".  Elizabeth answered (very professional and very delightful to deal with!) and I explained the problems.  When the technicians arrived they were very professional and soon identified the problem.  They removed the evaporator coil which turned out to be extremely dirty and used a special chemical to remove all of the dirt and debris from the unit.  They also removed the blower wheel and housing and thoroughly cleaned the blower wheel, motor and housing.  They performed a condenser flush and checked and adjusted the freon levels.  They stayed and made sure the unit was cooling properly.  I am so very satisfied with the service from this provider and the price !!!  I will definitely call them again and recommend them to anyone who asks !

When we called Weathershield Thursday afternoon, Christina worked us into their afternoon schedule and reassured us that a serviceman would be at the house within two hours. An hour later, she called to let us know that Daniel and John would arrive within 20-30 minutes (they arrived exactly 20 minutes later). The A/C unit had frozen up and would have to thaw out before the unit could be checked thoroughly. Daniel and John were professional as they explained what we needed to do. They called the office to schedule a serviceman for the next day. We weren't able to get home from work as early as we hoped on Friday, so we had to ask for a later appointment. Again, Christina was understanding and accommodated our every request. She called to let us know when Justin was 30 minutes away. When Justin arrived, he tested the A/C unit, told us about the need for freon, and suggested our cleaning coils in the near future.
From the first moment of contact until the last conversation, all employees were service-oriented, knowledgeable, and courteous.
We are delighted to have found Weathershield and will use the company for all A/C needs.

Weathershiled AIr Conditioning replaced my HVAC vents. The job turned out to be more than any of us expected as it relates to the amount of work necessary to stop the condensation in our ceiling. Weathershiled continued to do what was needed in order to make the condensation stop. They were professional and responsive and did not once question that they needed to come back for more work. Considering the circumstances and the challenging nature of our home, I feel very good about this comapny and their intent, capability and deside to get the job done right.

After getting quotes from a few companies for a new A/C systemI decided to go with Weathershield.  Their price was very fair and they were very professional.  Air conditioning works great. When the A/C went in an condo I own I called them. They did me a big favor and did the work up in Palm Beach county which is an area they do not usually service.  Again, everything went perfectly.  The A/C works great. The office manager Christine is a total sweetie and so helpful. Just called them to clean our dryer vent, so happy they provide that service, I wouldn't trust anyone else.... Thanks guys!

What a team of professionals! From the very beginning, we were met with professionalism, knowledge, politeness and humility. I have been so impressed with this entire team of individuals throughout the entire process from our first call to them through to the return visit to complete some additional "new code" work requested by our local inspector that I could hardly wait to write this review!
We initially called to have our ducts repaired. After calling a few companies who all turned us down for the "small job", we called Weathershield Air Conditioning. We got their name off of a national service registry, but not Angie's List to my surprise. We were able to schedule an appointment within only a few days.
The first face to face encounter was with the appraiser coming to quote the job. Not only did he crawl throughout our very small attic, but he came out with a description of four concerning areas. I knew he had really done his research when each of these areas corresponded with problem areas surfacing on our ceiling in rooms that he had not yet seen from the inside of the house. With his recommendation for replacement, and my 100% confidence that he was being honest, I asked for the pricing. He was able to provide me with a written estimate prior to leaving our home.
The work was scheduled through the office. The Receptionist and the General Manager were both prompt with returning calls and proactively offering updates in the event that a delay in returning our information had occurred. I was so pleased that I never once had to hunt them down for information or for an update.
Our town requires permits. You are able to file a permit within three days of the work being started. On the day of, we elected to file the permit. It seemed that there is a new code in our county requiring additional work over and above what is still being approved in surrounding counties. When the inspector ask them to perform additional installations of uptake vents, they called me and alerted us to the problem, right away. They worked with us on a agreeable term for the new payment and came back to do the work with as much professionalism and care as they did during the first part of the install.
Each time, the installers came to our home, they were extremely polite, extremely clean and caring with our home. In addition, I work from home and they were very respectful of my business and what I had to get accomplished during my day.
I cannot say enough nice things about this team of individuals! I highly recommend you placing your trust and your business with them for your HVAC and air conditioning needs. You will not be disappointed!
