Don't trust this company, the reviews aren't accurate. Eriel and his helper overcharged and didn't do what they said they would, in fact, they did damage.

We have used 2 other HVAC companies and we finally have met a company who is honest. Which is hard to find in South Florida. 2 companies came and tried to sell a new central AC. Ozzy had his technician come over and changed two parts inside and outside and saved us thousands of dollars plus gave us warranty on the work. Reliable and affordable. Will be using them in the future and new future projects.

I hired this company. After reading the review, Horrible customer service fraud and overcharging: he broke my ac, then came back to fix it and overcharged me for an ac cleaning unit. Two weeks later, when my ac went down, he came and said we needed a new motor to charge us some more. We caught on and sent him on his way. Two weeks later, my uncle came to fix my ac and said there was nothing wrong with it; they just broke a pipe to change the whole ac unit. Please do yourself a favor and never call this company.

Ozzie was exceptional in his knowledge and skill set for effective repairs made to and old system. His customer skills at assuring us that he would be able to provide the solution in a timely manner was reassuring. I would highly recommend him. There were very promoted about there time and getting the job done and the pricing was very good it was reasonable because it happen at a time when it wasn't a pay f week and money was limited. I would definitely recommend ice city! It is a very small business and he came out personally to my home the same night I called to diagnose the problem. Only issue I had was a lack of communication but it was New Years weekend and he came out today (only a couple of days later than expected) and did an amazing job!! Hire these people! ⠤︠Very honest and knowledgeable.

Ozzy was great - super quick & responsive and knew what he was doing and fixed it easily at a good price. What more could you ask for?!

It all started out good. Fast friendly and honest service. My A/C was leaking under the air handler. Oz cleaned the coil, flushed the drain and pan. 24 hours later was still leaking. He returned. I asked if he had removed and cleaned the drain pan. He had only drained. I asked him to remove and show it to me and it was cracked at sometime previously. He went out of his way to get it replaced. Less than a month later, system leaking again. I chased him for two days and he ghosted me. Turns out the weld job was bad, I saw the leak, all my freon leaked out and it cost me an addional 650 to have freon filled and weld repaired. In my mind, he owes me 600.
