"I had a great experience with Holmes Cooling and Heating. From start to finish, Bart was professional, punctual, and courteous. He explained everything clearly and seemed very knowledgeable about the issue and how to fix it. The repair was done quickly, and my system has been running perfectly ever since. I really appreciate their honesty and attention to detail. It's definitely a company I’d recommend to anyone needing reliable AC service"

"

I contacted this company to get estimates for three different projects. We had met with two other professionals who had recommended that our A/C unit was replaced immediately. Weathershield gave us other options. They sent two guys to make an assessment and it turn out to be one the best experiences during my home remodeling project.

John and his partner completed a through assessment of my A/C unit and made recommendations based on what I was requesting. With his assessment and recommendations we were able to save money and still get work done. He explained to us that although our unit was dated it did not need immediate replacement. He recommended that we clean coils and gave us different options for the new vent. He sent additional information via email on AC units including an estimate for a new unit and  our very much needed ceiling insulation.

We decided to hire this company based on our experience with the John and the information he shared with us. Their prices were very reasonable prices when comparing them to the other two companies. They sent Jose and his partner for the new vent and they did a great job. The work was neatly done and the room cools like a the rest of the house. John came to clean our coils. He removed the entire unit and cleaned everything to perfection. Our A/C unit is working fine.

I highly recommend this company based on my experience with the quality of the work performed and most importantly their honesty. From their customer service staff to their technicians this company deserves an A.

Once we complete some electrical work in the house, we will hire them for the installation of the ceiling insulation.

"I had an amazing experience with Ice City AC. From the first call, they were responsive, professional, and actually showed up on time (which is rare in Miami). They diagnosed the issue quickly and explained everything in a way that made sense—no upselling, no pressure. What really stood out was the honesty. Instead of trying to sell me a whole new system, they fixed the problem and saved me thousands. The work was clean, fast, and done right the first time. You can tell they know what they’re doing. My AC is blowing colder than ever, and the airflow in my house is way better now. If you’re looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable, and fair on pricing, Ice City AC is the real deal. I won’t call anyone else. Highly recommend."

"Freezing point air conditioning initially responded quickly to scheduling and performing the job. Finishing the job to its completion was whether a lengthy process. However their cost is fairly reasonable For an AC installation. Worth to keep around for future projects."

"Perfection. My AC began to die over Memorial Day weekend. The company was responsive even though they were slammed over the weekend. They helped me to choose the right AC for my house, with no attempt to upsell. Made several trips to replace refrigerant that was leaking to keep me going for the few days until they could install, and they only charged me for the refrigerant. They gave me a very good price on the unit. The installers were very professional, went above and beyond. Every person I dealt with was courteous and helpful. I love the unit, perfect size for my house."

"I reccomend everyone EAS for all of your air conditioning needs. Ray was very helpful and informative."

"Smart thermostat installation was quick and cheap"

"On time and very professional. The work was done efficiently and when a problem arose with the AC not coming back on (thru no fault of their own), they sent a technician to remedy the problem."
