We didn't want to make them wait while we cut the hole because we are slow, so we paid extra and asked them to go ahead and cut the hole. I understand they are plumbers not carpenters but they did a pretty bad job cutting out that hole. When they left, we sanded and painted the very rough edges in the wood and overall, the installation is truly beautiful!"
