Booking with Galene was a breeze. Quick to respond and find an available spot. They were backed up 2 weeks but it worked out with my project. Lou, the installer, showed up right on time and completed the reverse osmosis sink installation in a timely matter. Up to today the system is working great. Would recommend Galene to friends and family !!! Also forgot to mention, their price was reasonable compared with other companies who wanted to charge $89 fee just for the visit to give a quote.

Galene did a great job on my installation and went above and beyond to locate my water line, which wasn't where it would be believed to be even by myself, but they did it! It has been a year and they contacted me to remind me of the filter medium refresh...came and did that and the difference in the color and feel of my water since the installation is night and day. Thank you Galene. I just bought a new house and one of the firsts on my to do list is installing the same system.

EnviroConcepts made this experience educational, affordable and so positive from initial contact to system installed. After months of trying to figure out what I actually wanted and needed, they gave me choices and explained each one. Within a day or two, i was able to make a decision and I now have a water system in my house that is clean and tastes great. I would recommend them to anyone. They are wonderful!!
