I saw this as a technician that is confident in what he's doing and not concerned if I was observing his work. "I DID HAVE SOME ISSUES WITH THEM NOT SHOWING UP THE FIRST TIME BUT, WHEN I CALLED TO ASK WHERE THEY WERE THEY SAID THEY WERE VERY SORRY FOR THE MIX UP AND CAME RIGHT OUT. WHEN THE HOT WATER HEATER WAS INSTALLED THE TEMP WAS NOT SET HIGH ENOUGH AND A VALVE WAS LEFT OFF SO I DID HAVE TO CALL THEM TO COME BACK OUT AND FIX IT. THEY DID AND DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR IT."
