"Grandview did an excellent job of remodeling our kitchen. We had visited two other kitchen remodelers before stopping by Grandview. At the first remodeler, the staff never helped us even though we looked around the showroom for 15 minutes. At the second, the staff was very helpful and generated a quick ballpark estimate of what our remodel would cost, but it turned out to be too pricey relative to the value of our home. When we walked into the Grandview showroom, we were immediately greeted by Joel, who talked to us about our needs and wants for the project. He started creating a plan which met our desires and was within our budget. He and his sister Susana (it is a family business) then visited our home to take measurements and look at what exactly we currently had and came up with additional suggestions for the project. Grandview then sent their electrician/plumber James (yes, he’s licensed in both trades) to review placement of lighting, electrical devices, outlets and switches and answer any questions we had. He was very helpful and based on his experience made suggestions on some lighting options we were unsure about. After a few more visits to the showroom to iron out details and select colors and components we signed the contract. The entire project was handled professionally from initial concepts and estimates to final plans and renderings through removal of old cabinets, counters, etc. and installation of new cabinets, counters, backsplashes, lighting, plumbing and reinstallation of our recently purchased appliances. Joel and Susana were always available to us during the entire project to answer questions, and they immediately took care of the few issues that arose. They were always professional and pleasure to talk with. The few glitches in the process (two cabinets that arrived damaged, incorrect drawer fronts supplied by the manufacturer and a shelf unit that fell off the delivery truck lift gate) were taken care of as quickly as the supply chain allowed (this is a time of major supply chain disruptions) and of course without cost to us. None of these issues were Grandview’s fault. Their installers, Randy and Steve, were absolutely superb and quickly took care of the few minor installation issues that popped up to our complete satisfaction. I later found out that Grandview had also remodeled my cousin’s kitchen, and she was also as impressed by their professionalism and quality of work as my wife and I were."

"I originally wrote a glowing review for this company. What a mistake. I forgave the fact that one guy started cutting a metal piece in my kitchen/family room sending sparks everywhere. In shock, I ran in and asked him to take it outside.....he did.....near my car!! UGH The project was to install a stove hood and sink. They finished the hood, but these guys were NOT plumbers. They had to come back because they didn't hook up the water to my dishwasher and fridge. UGH again. It's been two years and last night I came home to a blocked sink but the bigger problem was pipes leaking under the sink. On inspection the pipes were clearly misaligned ......it's a miracle they didn't leak earlier. Now I have to pay a real plumber to come fix their mistake.....I would never recommend this company to anyone. UGHHHHHH"

"Michael Gomez and Unique Bath are crooks! They sold me this dream and promised to fix the issues presented to them, but have been avoiding me. Check out BBB, they were revoked for all of the complaints, do your due diligence before hiring a contractor, I am warning you!!!! When uncovering the vanity and toilet that was covered in plastic sheeting, it revealed a large chip out of my vessel sink bowl and a large chip out of the top of my toilet tank. While installing the glass contractors dropped the glass while in my brand-new shower and shattered the glass and caused a significant amount of damage to my brand-new shower, that I have not even gotten to use yet. Now I have glass everywhere, blood everywhere and a damaged bathroom! I spoke with one of the owners, Alex and he stated that a new glass panel was being rush ordered for next day installation. I remained calm, as at this time I was worried about the glass contractorsâ hand that had a deep gash. They did attempt to clean up the glass and blood as much as they could, however there was so much left for me to clean and deal with afterwards. After cleaning up as much glass as I could, I notated the damage that was apparent and contacted Erika and did not get a response. The next day I was told the glass was being picked up at 11:30am and I was antsy and rushed home from work to await the delivery and install of the new glass. I waited until 4pm to contact Erika to find out what was going on and was then told that the glass was in fact not ready and that it wouldnâ t be ready until the following Monday or Tuesday. By this time, a month from the start date of the project has elapsed. I then again addressed the damage in the bathroom and was told it was forwarded to the owners and it would be addressed the following week. By now I am feeling that my concerns and are being brushed off as though it does not matter that they have damaged my vanity, toilet, brand new shower, walls, sink and shower faucet. I have also made them aware several times that the shower is leaking and now that they are paid in full, they seem to not care!!! As of today 09/25/23, over a year has passed and these items have not been corrected, although I have been promised on several occasions that they would be! BEWARE!!!"

"Prior to installation, my water heater was old but compliant with local laws and passed inspection. After installation, it failed inspection, and Raider Rooter refused to address the issue. They claim I need an electrician to install a shut-off valve, citing a “new law,” but this requirement has existed since 2011—something any reputable plumber should know. I offered to split the cost; they declined, leaving me with a water heater that now fails inspection. Their contract did not disclose this potential need, which would have changed my review. Instead, they left me with a non-compliant water heater."

"Do not use Sansone for ANYTHING. I bought a house 2 years ago and put $2m is renovation and upgrades. I contracted with Sansone to purchase and install 3 HVAC units in the home. All three were installed improperly and leaked throughout the entire home in the attic. This caused over $1.5m in damages. Black mold throughout the house. Had to move out and buy another home!! All along Sansone said they would make good on the negligence and now when it comes to writing the check they are not doing it. STAY AWAY from this company if you like your house!! "They scheduled a service call for the same day, which was great because it was a Friday and I was planning on having people over to my house over the weekend. Tom came out and cleaned out the clog and informed me that it wasn't the garbage disposal. He was very honest and professional. He could have upsold me on a new garbage disposal, but didn't do that. He also cleaned out a small clog in the master bathroom. He explained everything and gave me some hints on how to avoid getting a clog again. He then cleaned up afterward. Overall, an excellent experience."
