"Al did a great job. I had purchased parts to fix a squeaky dryer and Al came over to install the parts for a reasonable rate. Upon doing the job he discovered that there was an issue with the heating element that was potentially dangerous. He ordered the part and we scheduled for him to come by the next day which he did. There wasn't a second service charge (but did tip him, because he deserved it). Highly recommend."
