"These guys were great! They showed up at 8:00 a.m sharp with a team of five guys and two trucks. They were all business and had the outdoor concrete Hurricane pad set and the new Mitsubishi Heat Pump installed in no time. Meanwhile two other guys were installing the 3 indoor wall air handler units and running the line sets. By late afternoon, the system was all charged with refrigerant, everything was cleaned up and all the units worked perfectly. I couldn't be happier and I'm absolutely amazed at how quite and efficient the indoor units are. They're rated at 19 dBA which is considered whisper quite; most indoor ambient decibel level is ~40 dBA. Seriously, this company did a fantastic job at a very fair price (and I bid this out to 5 other well-rated contractors)."

"I contacted Rod personally and spoke with him about the need to have my home painted after our Neighborhood meeting that we all decided in an effort to increase our property values we would all start working on the exterior of our homes as well as the interior to increase our neighborhood appearance. 
I seen how well of a job they had done on the home up the road and the price wasn't beatable. I scheduled a time for Rod to come by and talk about all of the details regarding; paint selection, drywall replacement and touch up although we decided to book a time to have him redo the flooring, kitchen and both bathrooms before completely painting the interior like we are going to have him do. I also had his guys take care of some general handymen stuff since they offer the service and such professional work. 
I talked with Rod on the second, Rod and his crew showed up the following morning and started working. They finished on the third of this month. The results are just as I had expected after viewing my neighbors home that Master Painting and Remodeling had already done work on.
I have to say that all of the employees are very trustworthy and friendly on top of hard working men. They took the time after completing the job to go around and clean up their mess along with garbage that didn't even belong to them. I am so excited to write my next review about how nice my new bath rooms and kitchen will be. I have already scheduled him so you can be expecting to hear all about it in a few weeks.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"The windows are beautiful! It’s so nice to be able to see out the windows and to be able to open & close them (the previous windows were jalousies from 1959). They also replaced the front doors of each unit because they were installed incorrectly by a different company (they opened “in” instead of “out” which is not hurricane impact protection correct). The workers were professional, hard working, courteous & respectful and did a very good job!"
