"I had Rooter One install my new kitchen faucet. After about 3 weeks I noticed a very slight leak. I called Rooter One on New Years Day and Lawrence came out the very next day. Lawrence found the cause of the leak and he fixed it. The leak was caused by the faucet mounting being smaller than the original."

"Overall installation went really well. Karl constantly shows ingenuity on any project he works on. He seems to be able to look at a picture and easily re-create it. For example: I handed him 2 newel posts a 8 foot piece of base molding, an 8 foot 5" wide piece of MDF, some bead board, a side panel and a base kitchen cabinet... and he built a beautiful kitchen island. Bottom line- you give him the materials and the idea and he will bring it to life. On top of everything else, Karl is sincere, honest and shows up as promised. He is definitely the exception among your usual lot of South Florida contractors.

"They are very good. They come right away. Their price is good, they come on time and they do good work. I will continue to use them for future plumbing needs. After they did the work on my sink I paid them for the job. A few days later I received a check back from them stating that they had billed me to much, which was very surprising."
