The folks in the office communicated from deposit to installation. The siding job exceeded my expectations with this Hardi Board product. The installation team arrived on time, worked all day every day until the job was completed. This site was cleaned every day and when the job was complete. Pleasure to work with.

The installation of the actual siding boards went well. They look great. The issues we had was with the finishing details of things like the molding on the outlet boxes and trim. These were not done to code, we are done sloppy and had to be redone. It appeared the crew did not have the proper guidance or standard procedures to get these details completed correctly since the project manager was not on-site and so the crew did what they thought was right. When we brought the sloppiness and code issues to the project manager attention he was rude, yelled and walked away. If we did not know the code, I am not sure what would have been done. Another manager and crew stepped in and helped get things done correctly. Our house now looks wonderful.

I recently contracted with Holeman to install Hardieplank siding on my home and replace the front door. The siding installation was essentially flawless. Oscar, the siding installer, was very skilled, paid attention to details, and took pride in his good work. The door installer, not Oscar, unfortunately, was not as skilled or detail oriented and had to return to the job three times before the installation even approached anything acceptable. The door installation was a very different experience from the great job Oscar did on the siding. I learned that Holeman subcontracts these smaller jobs which may explain the difference in quality. I wish that I insisted that Oscar also install the door.

The whole project starting with the salesman Wes to Andrew, the project manager, John the foreman and the entire work crew was great. Very pleased with job they did and their work ethics. They consistently showed up on time and addressed all our questions and concerns. They offered and executed a very nice "fix" to the issues that had been created by the installers of our new windows and doors. It was quite a costly project, but we can honestly say we have a brand new home.

One of the worst Contractor experiences I have ever had. Four months after signing the contract my siding is finally complete, barely satisfactory, but done. Its a shame that in South Florida we have so few good contractors.

The entire experience was a pleasure. They were on time and kept me informed every step of the way. Emilio and his crew worked very hard all day and cleaned up the job site each evening. Andrew kept a watch on the job and made sure I was happy with the work as it progressed.

Holeman did a great job replacing the dry rotted T1-11. The peaks look great with the hardi board they installed. Everyone from the salesman, project manager, and the work crew were readily available to answer all my questions. What can I say the work crew were quick and finished ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend Holeman to anyone and would use them again.
