He quickly identified those portions of the system that were functioning and not functioning. Steve and the team check the functioning aspects of the system to ensure they were functioning, would last and not require replacement. I NEVER felt like I was being up-sold or taken advantage. "Appointment was easy to set up by phone--very professional--and the company was able to come within a couple of days, so I didn't have to wait for service. The technician arrived on time, was very polite, and did a speedy and thorough job. I was extremely pleased and would certainly call Danny's Septic again. (Oh, and I forgot to mention that he placed my lawn back exactly as it was, and you can't even tell where he dug it up.)
