I received a call about 20 minutes before Dan G. arrived so I was able to corral my dogs before he got here. Originally I had just scheduled replacement of a broken outlet but this morning my husband and I decided to have the other work done as well. I assumed I would get an estimate and would have to schedule another appointment to have the additional work done, but Dan G. was able to give me fair pricing and do the additional work immediately. This included him going to Home Depot and picking up the ceiling fan for me! By the end of the morning all the work was done. Dan G. was professional, courteous and friendly. "They were exemplary! I've never owned a generator and after their visit, I already feel like a pro. The price was agreed upon during the first visit when they came to see exactly what needed to be done. (This first visit was without charge because of being an Angie's List member.) AFTER the electrical work was done, they not only took the time to teach me how to safely hook up the generator and manipulate the circuit box, but we did a full run through to make sure I knew how to do everything COMFORTABLY and to make sure we knew for a fact what I can and can't run when the next hurricane arrives. (They even took the generator from the box and assembled the last few items for me.) The best part was that I did not have to ask. THEY wanted to make sure I was completely comfortable so if/when the next hurricane arrives, getting power back to my house will be done quickly and with ease. I will definitely hire them again for any electrical need. They go well above and beyond for their customers."

Called Bolt Electric number and thought I was calling a Clearwater location as I live in Seminole, FL, so I was surprised when I realized the electrician Zack had come from Sarasota, but I am within their service area. Zack said they work in Pinellas County all the time, very normal for them. Bolt Electric was great in all respect of scheduling and electrician was on time. Their pricing was better than the other two companies I requested quotes from and extreme professionalism when they came to my home. Greatly appreciated. Bolt was wonderful in sending electricians who put up with my year-old puppy who thought Zack was his new play toy and was very kind to put up with the puppy, while trying to preform electrical work. "Outstanding all around. I had a small fire in my electrical panel and Exodus rewired my home. The work entailed 1. Removing and installing a new main breaker panel with all new circuit breakers, 2. Installing new wiring, plugs, switches, and electrical plates 3. Bringing wiring to code for my range, 4. Installing new wiring for my new stackable washer/dryer which I just added to my house and added a new outlet for a new flat screen tv 5. Swapped out old light fixtures for new fixtures, 6. Added smoke detectors and combo carbon monoxide/smoke detectors where needed. The men were professional, pleasant, showed up when they said they would, respected my property, and cleaned up thoroughly. The electrical inspection went perfectly. The pricing was very reasonable and I was billed what was agreed upon before the work began. Exodus went beyond the call and was reasonably and fairly priced. I would highly recommend their work."
