"He was straight forward, honest, and complete in what he had to do. We walked around and I showed him what had to be completed, he began and showed me where the damage was a bit more than either of us expected. We then went over options and I concurred with some of the options he gave me. Both the door and the gate were completed to my satisfaction and are working well.
