Here’s the actual review for the work I had done: Alpha Foundation sent a two man team to level/add support jacks under the floor of my 1939 home. The jacks were placed in the crawl space. Tori and Darien were efficient and professional, not something easy to be when you’re crawling around in such a confined space. And Tori answered my many questions cheerfully and with lots of patience. Alpha Foundation is lucky to have these guys. I’m happy with their work. Now, Home Advisor, please fix your categories."

We ended up buying a water softener on Craig's List and then purchased the whole house filtration. Steve exceeded our expectations on the installation. YES I would use him again. "I had to get the permit before I could get a firm estimate. Egans Environmental did the site testing and applied for the permit. Darrell Cruz pumped the septic and dosing tanks and provided the page 4 report. Harold from Clay County Master Plumbing gave the estimate and did the work. Harold did a great job. He was delayed by rain and the sand company having an equipment problem. However he stay with the job and completed it in a reasonable amount of time. The Duval inspector came and checked everything out and passed the job. I did not have CCMP do the sod replacement because the weather was too cold and it would have died. I plan to get that done when the weather warms up some. The cost below covers Egans Environmental, Darrell Cruz and CCMP. I would highly recommend all three of these companies."

"Leak was found and plugged in light fixture (broken conduit, most likely). Arnold was very professional and thorough, kept checking all possible problems even after he found the leak, and let us know the rest of our pool plumbing was in good shape. Gave us advice to keep an eye on possible problems. Charge was a little higher because we have a combination inground spa with our pool, meaning more plumbing to check. Very happy with results."
