"I had to get the permit before I could get a firm estimate. Egans Environmental did the site testing and applied for the permit. Darrell Cruz pumped the septic and dosing tanks and provided the page 4 report. Harold from Clay County Master Plumbing gave the estimate and did the work. Harold did a great job. He was delayed by rain and the sand company having an equipment problem. However he stay with the job and completed it in a reasonable amount of time. The Duval inspector came and checked everything out and passed the job. I did not have CCMP do the sod replacement because the weather was too cold and it would have died. I plan to get that done when the weather warms up some. The cost below covers Egans Environmental, Darrell Cruz and CCMP. I would highly recommend all three of these companies."

"My wife and I contacted the happy filter to design and later install landscaping at our new home. We met and surveyed the grounds. Later a proposed plan was drawn and accepted. With a go ahead the plan was perfectly executed. My wife and I were estatic with the results. We also decided to create a water feature. After discussion a plan was made to create a babbling waterfall inuding a hidden pond. The result was breath taking. Even now neighbors and guests slow while passing by and gaze at the results of the projects. Others stop to tell us "how beautiful". We would not hesitate to recommend the happy filter to any one because we are so happy with the finished project."

"Hired for a job in Historic St Augustine. Was very upfront on the location of the house. Scheduled for 8:30 am. At 8:55 am the day of the job, the plumber called and was like "Oh, you're way down in St Augustine." Umm, yeah. He didn't show up until 9:45 am. Needed him to fix an outside water spigot and he did the job. Then needed to address poor water pressure in a bathroom sink. Assumed it was a clogged aerator. He could not remove the aerator but he did check the water pressure and it was good. The next day I watched a youtube video and removed the aerator myself. There was another fine mesh one behind it. Could not remove that so I ended up replacing the faucet myself. Now it works fine. Would I recommend? Eh, probably not. If St Augustine is too far to drive to make an 8:30 appointment, tell me up-front. And no, did not get any discount for making me wait. In fact he was there a little over an hour and I got charged for 1.25 hours."

"Great!  Called Steve, left a message and he got back with me about an hour later.  It wasn't an emergency but  he came over about 1/2 hour after that.  He identified the problem and had to work at removing the corroded drain that we tried for two days to remove. Since we didn't want to damage the PVC pipe or the threads, we decided it was time to call a plumber.   He got the drain out and installed the new one.  Had he not been able to remove the drain we would have had to pull the tub and replace tile and spend some serious money doing an unintended remodel so we are very happy!  Thank you Steve.
