I have several showings lined up for this weekend and needed the yard mowed, edged, the driveway blown off, the flower beds weeded (they were completely overgrown), the gutters cleaned, and some trees trimmed back that were growing on the roof. They came out same day and provided me an estimate. We negotiated back and forth until we agreed on a price. "Once we hired this company our experience with him was good. He was on time and he did the work we requested. A few days after installation we noticed that the was a gap and the water was once again pooling in our garden beds pushing out our mulch which is why we decided to purchase gutters anyway. We spoke to him and explained the issue, he gave us a day he'd come by to fix the issue. He never showed up and he will not respond to our calls or text. It is very disappointing and unprofessional that he is not following up on his work. It was a little more then a week when we noticed the issue. I'm concerned about the issues we will in the future. At this point I would NOT recommend him to anyone due to his lack of following up to assure his customer is satisfied with the work."
