Mike and his assistant showed up on the scheduled day bright and early and knocked out 7 piers in just over 3 days. The main wall they were working on had all the utilities and the guys didn't disturb a thing. When they were done, they cleaned up everything and left the yard in amazingly good shape considering all the big holes they had to dig. Roof was originally fixed by another "roofer" when a leak occurred back in December but after two strong storms within two weeks after it was fixed the water leak started up again. Kept waiting for the "roofer" to come for 3 weeks and got fed up before I decided to look for a more reliable roofer which led me to Angie's List.  After going through reviews, Top Seal & KNS Roofing and Waterproofing Services stood out as one of the top 5 companies that have done work close to my area.

What made Top Seal & KNS Roofing and Waterproofing Services stand out was the fact they were 24/7 so I gave Kenny a call to scheduled a appointment. I wasn't expecting to have anyone come by last minute and on top of that being a Sunday but that wasn't the case.

With just one call Kenny already made efforts to fit me into his business schedule for the same day. Kenny made sure a representative from his company would come and was always on top of things to make sure that this occurred.

His partner/foremen/supervisor Al came and checked the roof leak and with just one look knew exactly where the issue was. Al was straight forward with everything and did not give me any "bs" to get me to fix more than what was needed like other companies sales people will normally.

After agreeing on the cost Al immediately setup an appointment to have one of his crew come the next day to fix the leak. Al explained to me what would be done, who to expect to come and when they should arrive. Unfortunately, the following day rained so they couldn't come but Al made sure to let me know once the rain had stopped they would come out to fix and that is exactly what happened the next day.  So far it hasn't rained since they have came to fix the roof but I'm feeling pretty confident that they did a good job.

Kenny also called to make sure everyone was done correctly and ensured me that if there were any problems to just notify them and they will come.

"The technicians arrived at my house and immediately went to work.  One technician cleaned the dryer vent while the other two inspected the chimney.  The technician who cleaned out the dryer vent went into the basement to inspect the dryer vent in the basement before he started.  That process took about 10 minutes.  He showed me the bag of lint that he removed from the dryer vent.  He acutally took out quit a bit of lint.  The other technicians came in to tell me that they found no cracks in the chimney and offered to spray the sealant into the chimney.  The gave me a quote ahead of time and told me they could preform the service right away so that I didn't need to make another apointment.  That whole process took about 45 minutes.  I was impressed with the professionalism of the technicians.

"He was awesome.  He called back, but he was working in Reed field, North Carolina and he could not get to us for a couple of days.  By the time, he got to us we had already gotten the other estimates, and we were pleased with him.  Hampton guy was great.  He was really quick to get back to us, but he had other projects that he had already lined up.  The experience was very satisfactory.  He was very courteous, and prompt.  He was very honest in saying that he cannot get to us, and if we needed to have this work done now, then we need to have to get somebody else.  I appreciated that."
