"There is nothing worse than a clogged main drain and the possibility of having to replace it. However JAX Hydro-Jetters LLC went above and beyond to send out a very professional and efficient plumber, Mr. Lopez who explained the entire process and how everything worked. He was able to bust open the clog in the drain and now we have an open and working drain again! I would highly recommend this company...professional, compassionate and very helpful. "I needed to have this project done and Ben Franklin was the first one to contact me. There was one other company who contacted me and I thought he was going to put in a quote, but he didn’t show up. Ben Franklin fixed the problem in a timely and professional manner and now it’s an insurance issue because of the water damage."
