Our first quote wanted to make a 4ft by 4ft whole in floor and Rob was able to complete the work with 12X12 inch whole , only two tile needed replacing, one each side of the wall. I called popaclog, Craig came out and with his video was able to see that roots had grown threw old Terra cotta drain pipe. He was able to blast away most of the roots and pulled out five gallons of sand. Also fixed the pipe where the first plumber just cut a whole in the top of the pipe for his snake and left it."
