Charles and his ?workers? two kids..worked in my property. He put in trench drains. During the work, they broke a pipe. He fixed it apparently but since then the tenants are stating that they have a water pressure issue and lots of sediment. Also, the flooding is still occurring every time it rains. He also broke a water line on the roof putting a gutter in. No I have even bigger issues. He changed his number. I will seek legal action if this is not resolved
