The estimator clearly pointed out the issues readily noticeable and once upon the roof, identified others likely to occur. First, one tile was completely missing, and others misaligned occurring from an unknown circumstance. There were visible signs of tile shifting and material breakdown at the peak which needed to be replaced. Henry Forrest and his team did an amazing job! Nobody wants to deal with insurance companies and roof inspectors, and may even miss out on getting a new roof when you are totally (and legally) eligible (you do pay your insurance premiums, for years, and storms have wrecked havoc on our properties all along the east coast) and we usually never get anything for it.
