The telephone quote quote was $125 for the first hour + parts. I provided the parts. On Thurs., the job took appprox. 15 min. to stop a long running toilet tank. With extra time left on the quote, I asked the technician to take a look at a bathroom faucet issue with carbonated fizz-looking water during the first few seconds. I was told that I could get SOMEONE to follow certain steps to remove a type of filter from the faucet, and where to take it to for a replacement part and reassemble it (!). I had one other issue with that same toilet. I called first thing Sat. am. A voicemail announced that "no one is available to take " the call, call back another time. I did not realize that SPR Plumbing does not answer the phone or do weekend calls.

"Thank you for your review. We understand communication is the key to any project. This is why we ask for any and all issues our technician is supposed to address on any given appointment. Our price range is based on the service you have requested to be done. Our technicians can only complete what is on their work order. Work order changes can only be done through the office. For example, the faucet you wanted him to address is a flat rate for removal and re-install. Your pricing would have changed completely to add that service on. So, in the future, please always call the office for any order changes. Our schedule is based on the job description per job. If we have the ability to add an additional task, we most certainly will do our best to accommodate that, providing the technician schedule will allow for the additional work. I apologize you thought we were open on Saturday, our hours are posted on this website as well as our own website. We are open Mon-Fri 8-5 with no Saturday or Sunday hours. But please let us know if you saw this posted differently somewhere else so we can get the information corrected. We appreciate you choosing SPR Plumbing and appreciate your business and feedback. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to call the office."
