AFTER the electrical work was done, they not only took the time to teach me how to safely hook up the generator and manipulate the circuit box, but we did a full run through to make sure I knew how to do everything COMFORTABLY and to make sure we knew for a fact what I can and can't run when the next hurricane arrives. (They even took the generator from the box and assembled the last few items for me.) The best part was that I did not have to ask. "Brad came out promptly after I called. After looking at the panel he found that one of the breakers had been popped. He didn't even charge me for he call. It doesn't get any better than that. The trouble was that there was a piece of red tape over the breaker and I thought it was one that was not being used. when the panel was installed at the time we bought the house, the electrician taped over one of the breakers that was not working. He told me not to mess with it. unfortunately the tape had slipped down over the breaker that was tripped, hiding its status. on top of that it was mislabeled as bathroom instead of bedroom. Brad said that the panel was not installed properly 20 years ago. I wish I had known about Brad back then."
