Vinyl or PVC Fence Installation
I was trying to get a wooden fence installed. That is not an option on here because he is being sued by several fence suppliers, among individuals he has stolen money from. 10/16/2024 I paid him $2400 to install a fence. To this date (4/30/2025) he has not paid my money back and he never installed the fence. He has admitted in text that he owes me the money but has not returned my money. Look him up on Orange County Clerk of Courts. He has 7 lawsuits. He will take your money then make excuse after excuse about why the fence isn't installed and you will never see your money again. He is a thief, plain and simple.

Met with Ron from Knight Fence, LLC on 10/16/2024. Paid in full for a new fence on 1 side of my house. Check was processed through my bank on 10/17. When he left he told me to call or text him if I didn't hear from him in a few days to schedule. I texted him on 10/22/2024 because I had not heard from him to schedule. I asked when can we get it scheduled and his response was, "As fast as we can hopefully less than a week". I asked him to please let me know ASAP so I can make arrangements with work. On 10/29 I texted him again since I had not heard from him. His response was, "going as fast as possible 2 more days". He said he would confirm the next day. 10/30 I tried to confirm & he said, "I believe so". I told him that does not sound very reassuring and asked what time I should expect them. He called and asked if they can come on 11/4, promised they would be there. 11/4 I texted to confirm & he said, "should be good". I told him I took off work so I need better than "should be". He told me, "It is Monday U never know with guys and with the constant threats is getting old" Ultimately I had to keep reaching out to check the status of when they would be there & was finally told the truck was broke down 2 hrs after he said they were on their way. After me reaching out all day & getting excuses it was decided to cancel & refund my money. He agreed & Angela from his office also agreed. I am now having to take them to small claims court because they have not returned my money. I see there have been 3 (including mine) claims filed against them since April of 2023. They have stolen $2400 from me, caused me to miss several days of work & pay court fees.

We initially had a decent experience with Knight Fence LLC, though the installation took longer than expected and required multiple follow-ups for updates. Once the fence was installed, everything seemed fine. However, after Hurricane Milton, one of our gates was damaged by the wind, and thatâ s when the issues began. Ron, the owner, came out to assess the damage and promised it would be repaired the following week. Unfortunately, day after day, Ron would tell us that the repair team was on their way, only for them to never show up. Eventually, Ron alluded to the fact that they use subcontractors and that he is at the mercy of their timelines, with no control over their availability or reliability. This lack of oversight and transparency with his customers makes his business look very unprofessional and unreliable. If Ron were upfront about timelines and set realistic expectationsâ perhaps providing a timeline range for repairsâ it would likely save his business and reduce customer frustration. To make matters worse, Ron repeatedly lied to me and my husband during the process. When I confronted him with documented proof, he shockingly accused me of threatening him instead of taking accountability. They never came to fix the gate, and now weâ re forced to hire someone else to make the repairs. Their website claims they value honesty and integrity, but that was not reflected in our experience. I strongly suggest avoiding Knight Fence LLC if youâ re looking for a reliable and honest company.

Signed the contract on 10/18/2024. Project was to remove wood fences and chain fence due to Hurricane Milton. Then to install new white vinyl fences for the backyard. Then to install new chain link fence on one side of the front property. Job was started on 11/05/2024 and completed on 11/06/2024.There were two men who did this work. They did an excellent job, and I was very pleased with the work that they did. Five stars to these workers. This was not an easy project because of the size if my property,

Ron has been so great to work with! He answered all of my questions, checked in to see if everything was okay while his team was installing our fence. They were quick and professional! There was a tiny communication issue with the office but it wasnâ t anything severe and the ladies are amazing! Overall our experience was really good and again, thank you Ron for answering all of my questions and guiding me throughout the process! Also, the FENCE TURNED OUT EXCELLENT!!

The entire team at Knight Fencing was always available and friendly. We worked together to get the installation scheduled. They were great as we had weather delays and holidays to work around as well as travel we had planned earlier. They were always agreeable and the time we scheduled was perfect. The installation crew was hard working and cleaned up very nicely. They removed the older wooden fence same day. I would like to thank Ron and Angela and Vanessa for all they did to keep us in the loop and followed up to make sure everything was done correctly. Great team!

I hired Ron B and his pathetic company Knight Fence LLC to install a white vinyl fence one year ago today, 10/21/22. I gave him a deposit for $3,425.00 on this day one year ago, 10/21/22. Knight Fence never showed up on the day they promised. Knight Fence never got a building permit. Knight Fence never refunded our deposit of $3,425.00. Knight Fence was rude and completely dishonest. And ANGI never helped me get my money back either. Here we are at ONE YEAR later. Ron and Angela B still have my $3,425.00 and never installed a fence. They are criminals. They are liars. They are thieves. And ANGI did not support me, the customer, after Knight Fence ripped me and my wife off. Shame on you both. I will never say a good word about ANGI, Ron or Angela Brown nor their criminal enterprise, Knight Fence LLC. BEWARE of both entities. I am a very very dissatisfied customer of ANGI and Knight Fence LLC. BTW- I took Knight Fence LLC to Small Claims Court and they did not show up. They are very dishonest people.

Ron, the owner, and his office staff were top notch. They walked me through the entire process of gathering the necessary documents for HOA approval. And when changes were needed, they responded very quickly. From my research, I knew the high quality of materials I was looking for and Knight Fence checked every box. The installers were great, too. They freely answered my questions and, on one occasion, suggested a design change that improved upon the original specs. They are on Ronâ s payroll and work exclusively for him. I should also mention that I received several bids from other companies and in every case, Knight Fence was at least $1,000 lower.

Mixed feelings for this company. They did a great job installing our fence but communication wasn't great. Ron came out and measured our side yard on 10/20, 2022, he was very friendly. On 12/2, he called us if we wanted the fence installed that day, we said yes. Soon a guy arrived and started installing the fence. He did a great job, however he didn't take our old fence since it costs him. We remembered asking Ron to dispose the old fence and he said they can take care of it, but upon checking the contract he didn't include "Removal & disposal of existing fence." Called and asked Ron the next day about the old fence to be taken away, he said he would take care of it, but no follow-up and nothing happened. Within a week or two, we called him again about it and asked to take that away. He said he would take care of it, but again nothing happened. For the third time, 12/20, texted and asked him if he could take care of it within a week, he said "yes" but once again nothing happened. We decided to contact the company instead of Ron, so we called and told a lady who answered the phone that there's a fence that should've been take away. She said she would ask Ron and get back to us, well, we didn't receive any emails nor calls. Emailed her on 12/30, no follow-up nor response. Emailed again on 1/5, and got a response "I have asked the guys to pick up. Eddie has been sick all week." It's 1/29 now, and ZERO follow-up, no one has contacted us. Old fence is still sitting in our property. Not sure why they never picked up the old fence, but we are so sick of contacting and asking the same thing over and over. We appreciated the guy did a great job installing the fence but wish the company were better at communicating, more responsible, and willing to solve problems.

If you are still looking for the right company to install your fence, search no more. Knight Fence was super accommodating and the price was very reasonable. Ron with Knight Fence stayed in communication with me throughout the process and the work they did was impeccable. My experience: I was having an outdoor pool installed but my yard is too small to accommodate a fence and properly install a pool at the same time. That said, I needed a fence company willing to be flexible with my pool companys schedule. Ron with Knight Fence met with me at my home and was incredibly accommodating. I signed the contract for the fence in August 2022 with an unknown future install date and it was not until January 2023 when my pool company advised that they were ready for the fence to be installed so they could continue their work. Knight Fence had an install team at my home within two weeks of my call and completed the work in one day. Thank you Knight Fence!

I hired Ron Brown and Knight Fence Company to install our new white vinyl fence after Hurricane Ian destroyed our old wooded fence. I contracted them to install about 250 of new fence. I got an estimate from him, waited 4-1/2 weeks for them to show up. He promised to come the day after Thanksgiving. So, I removed 2/3rds of my fence panels to make their job easier, and they never showed up on the day promised. I called Ron Brown at 9:30am that morning and asked where they were and what time they were coming. He then told me they were not coming and that he emailed me at 7 am that morning to tell me so. I then told him I never received an email, text or phone call. His second lie to me. That is when Ron got angry and belligerent with me. I stayed calm and told him several times I wanted my deposit of $3,425.00 back and he could take a hike. I felt threatened by him and did not want him or his company on my property. He was so rude and belligerent with me on the phone. It was terrible. I was caught between a rock and a hard place. After further conversation, we then decided that he would come the next day, Saturday, but at that point I did not trust him anymore and I was still pissed at his rude and bizarre behavior on the phone. I was uncomfortable with my decision. So I called him back and told him not to come the next day. I decided I did not want him on my property nor did I feel safe having him come by. I contacted him about getting my money refunded and of course he did not refund me one penny. He did no work other than have the utilities located several weeks before they were supposed to arrive to install. He may have got a building permit, I do not know. At this point, December 22, 2022, I am trying to get my money back from him. I will be filing in small claims court after Christmas. In my 43 years of home ownership, I have never come across a character like Ron Brown. He is a liar, dishonest and unprofessional. I do not recommend him or his company.

"Their refund has been with our receptionist since earlier in December. It has been locked up since the holidays and they were also told this in a text message they said I never sent, but I did provide the screenshots of the message to them. They continue to harass me and call me names about it and call me a liar when I have never spoken in a bad manner to this person. They are crossing a line in the way they treat me, and as a woman and I feel almost like I am being sexually assaulted by this person. I even offered to come in person to hand deliver their refund. I will also note, in regards to that phone call they are referring to, I was present for it, and it as being delayed a day the fence install. And this person also was acting in a not-so-kind way on the phone. I just hope this person can stop calling me inappropriate names when he picks up his refund."

I put in a lot of work researching and getting 6 quotes from local companies for a vinyl privacy fence and Knight Fence came in $1500 cheaper than all the rest. Throughout the process I had the personal number of the owner and he was incredibly easy to reach and very friendly. They removed my old fence and put in the new one a few weeks after we paid the deposit and the whole job took less than 7 hours. The fence is gorgeous, the quality is incredible, and the customer service was top notch. Youâ re not going to find a better fence company to work with especially at this price!!
