"On 6/15/2021, we had Handy Mania come to our home to install drywall with electric in the wall in order to create a room for our son. The team that installed the wall was not able to do the electric, but put up the wall anyway without informing me. They also did not install the door to the room correctly and does not close properly, which will no cost me an additional $125 to have fixed. The electric should have only cost $100 but I had to pay $350 for the electric due to the wall being up. His resolution was that he cut holes for the electrician but the guy that came to patch the holes did a horrible job. My paid invoice included texturing which I did not receive. I have asked for itemized bills but was told that was hard because he invoiced on a project basis. I have tried to reach out but last time via phone, he hung up on us and has now not responded to us for over 2 weeks. I paid the full amount and would expect a wall that I was happy with"

"Where do I even begin with this nightmare? New A/C was installed and worked great for a couple of weeks or so then just cut out at 6:00 on a Sunday. I should've just let my neighbor fix it as he is a good A/C guy but since these guys installed it I was stuck with them. They came out the first time and sucked out the drain and it worked for about 2 hours before it shut down again. I got on a ladder and pulled out the float switch myself so we could at least have A/C. We have a kid with asthma and an 85 year old woman living here so it's extremely important for it to work properly. They came out again and did the same circus act and the same results again. This time I had to hook up a hose to the pan so the water would run out of the garage but the damage was already done. We had personal items stored that got soaked and a 32 inch TV got ruined in the process. They came out 5 times for the same issue and different guys did the same thing every time. I would not recommend doing business with this company. It cost me a week of my life and a TV along with it..."

I found a company that will install the same heater for $250 cheaper with same 5 year warranty. Do NOT waste your time with this company, as there are many other companies who will value your business. This is huge because the warranty is most important, you want a company and its representatives that you can trust for years to come as you enjoy your pool. Do yourself a favor and find a different company."
