OPACHS installed a house generator for us and we already had an outage. The generator kicked on before I even knew there was an outage. I thought it was just doing its routine startup. It worked like a charm. We trust this company as they have installed a new HVAC and heat pump for us. Their estimates were always honored.

From start to finish the OPACHS team was professional, courteous and responsive. When my AC went out, they scheduled a same day appointment for a free estimate. They were on-time, and focused on what they offered (quality service at a reasonable price) without bad mouthing or making negative comments about the competition. When it came time for the installation, they were again on-time, thorough and professional. Finally, they were courteous and responsive when I needed their assistance to process a refund that was a result of an error on my part. Overall, a very positive experience!

I am very happy with the high quality work and professionalism of Opach's A/C & Heating. Opach's installed my new unit and they did a wonderful job. Opach's HVAC crew was very professional and as soon as they arrived they started working immediately. These guys are no nonsense and they appear to be experts at what they do. I really appreciate the fact that throughout the install they asked if we had questions. They also thoroughly inspected my entire unit. They replaced both the outdoor and indoor unit components. Opach's A/C also installed a new wireless thermostat. This thermostat allows us to check the temperature of the home when we are away and to adjust it while away as well. It also checks the weather. Opach's A/C & Heating staff and crew were very professional, and their services were competitively priced and they did a great job. I've had my unit for several days now and it's still working wonderfully. I will definately use Opach's A/C & Heating again.

From the initial phone call requesting service, to the end of the job, the experience was exceptional. We called on a Wednesday and three days later we had airconditioning! I would definitely recommend this company to everyone I know. It was worth every penny. Thank you.

Call on a Saturday around 9:00 AM and was told that a maintenance tech will respond by 1:00 PM. Technician arrived around 12:00, determine the issue and repaired quickly.

It was excellent. The owner came out he is knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and showed me how to change the filter.

It was great. They on time, prompt, very thorough, and did a good job.

Oscar is jus a delight. They have saved me a bunch of money.

the man barely looked at the unit and immediately went in to a long discourse about how i needed a  whole new HVAC unit, what it would cost, comparison of units, new laws concerning freon, price increases in the fall, etc. he left me with his estimate and "special pricing" and i was shake'n in my boots (well, i didn't really have boots on in august in memphis?) but i was very upset. i'm a single older lady on a tight budget. i had radiation treatments when i was 33 and the skin damage left me with restricted ability to perspire. so i have to have cool surroundings, and a malfunctioning A/C is a health issue for me. well, i didn't have the $4-6 thousand dollars he wanted so i told my friends about it. one of them suggested a friend who was licensed and did A/C work on the side after his insurance-providing job. he came out and soothed my fears, he checked everything out, i think he put freon in, but whatever he did he said no to worry, it was old but good and strong, he told me to clean it with the hose to promote air flow, and that no one knows how many years it has left. he said in my situation i should run it till it dies and that's when i'll need a new one. 
today is 06/30/2015 and it's still running fine, keeping me nice and cool. 
i didn't make a comment earlier because not long after Opach's visit to my house, i saw angie's list doing a lot of very positive promotion of opach's. later you gave him an award. that's when i lost trust in angie's list. you started out for the consumer, helping us find reliable, respectable service people. but you seem now to have flipped to the service vendor side. you should be unbiased. thank you.

They came out and said that I'd only have a few years left in the unit. They did the tune-up and gave me a written estimate. However, I got a second opinion. The other company said I'd be okay, and the unit is still running.

It turned out good. It was great. They came when they were supposed to. They were very efficient and they got it done.

It was fine.  One technician came out.  They did what they promised and knew what they were doing.
