Where do I even begin with this nightmare? New A/C was installed and worked great for a couple of weeks or so then just cut out at 6:00 on a Sunday. I should've just let my neighbor fix it as he is a good A/C guy but since these guys installed it I was stuck with them. They came out the first time and sucked out the drain and it worked for about 2 hours before it shut down again. I got on a ladder and pulled out the float switch myself so we could at least have A/C. We have a kid with asthma and an 85 year old woman living here so it's extremely important for it to work properly. They came out again and did the same circus act and the same results again. This time I had to hook up a hose to the pan so the water would run out of the garage but the damage was already done. We had personal items stored that got soaked and a 32 inch TV got ruined in the process. They came out 5 times for the same issue and different guys did the same thing every time. I would not recommend doing business with this company. It cost me a week of my life and a TV along with it...

I'm upset because just because the technician did not have this "O" ring part he put everything back together with the defective one. I asked when he could come back with a new "O" ring I was informed that I would still have to pay another $130 service call. I did not mind paying this $130 service call because as it turned out, the part under warranty didn't work because of all the debris in the pump. My beef is while the technician had everything apart, just because he didn't have a replacement "O" ring, I would have had to pay another $130 to have it properly done!

Unit would start up to initialize when ready to turn compressor short would flip breaker off in garage. Tech. came out said compressor was bad cost with labor would be over $2000 dollars. He then found part was still under warrenty. Part was ordered and installed was told unit good to go tech. left.Powered on unit initialized turned compressor on ran for 3 minutes then powered unit completely off not not flipping breaker in garage. We were going on vacation so called 06/23 on arriving home . Explained situation told would make note of this. They have not gotten back to us.I called them after not hearing said was on schedule for next day. Next day no one showed . Recieved call Friday that I was on schedule for Monday. When I asked why no one showed up Friday told me tech reported could not get access to equipment (is on side of house). I was home all day and have a dog who will bark if she heres anything . Tech came found had too much freon for this earlier model problem seems to be fixe no charge. At no time was any one one rude to me. Of the two companies recommended by Pentair at least they were willing to look at it.
