"Norm arrived a bit later than scheduled but it was no problem as he called to let me know he was running late. He went into the attic and found evidence of water stains around a vent. The dry wall was now dry. He then went onto the roof and soaked the area around the vent twice and went back into the attic to see if he could locate leakage. None was found. He suggested it may have been caused by a driving rain. Being unable to determine the exact area, Norm said he didn't feel right about doing a repair job without knowing for sure what the problem was.
