"We are absolutely thrilled with our master bathroom remodel by Top Notch Remodelers. The entire process from the initial phone call went incredibly smooth. Doug arrived on time to measure and generate the quote and was professional, personable and funny, we really enjoyed dealing with him. Top Notch Remodelers gave us our lowest priced quote which was firm and could do everything we wanted. We received progress calls from our project manager, Mindy, every two weeks to inform us of the progress leading up to installation. Then came installation. Adonis led the 3-person team who were hard working, professional, punctual, polite and we enjoyed having them in our house. The result is we now have a beautiful large walk-in shower where our tub was and a new closet where our small shower used to be. I will highly recommend this company to anyone considering a kitchen or bath remodel. "

"Deciding on Larsen’s Pool and Spa to build our backyard oasis was the best decision we made! Our designer, Emily, really listened to not only the vision we had for a pool but also for our whole backyard. Her design truly captured our entire vision. Their transparency with their pricing was also impressive. Other pool companies didn’t provide a line-item price of each product used in building the pool. The honest pricing was refreshing to see. It was also amazing to go to the design studio and see all the options that were available within the price quoted. With other companies they would’ve been an upgrade. Reid was our Construction Manager. He was great to work with. Always available for questions, consistent communication, and always on site. The office personnel (Molly, Elicia and Cathy) were always polite, accommodating, upbeat and available for any questions I had. Justin and Mike serviced the pool once it was up and running. Justin was so patient with us. We had so many questions and took so many notes. Justin was available anytime we had a question about taking care of the pool. He was extremely knowledgeable. The owner, Eric, checked in on a regular basis just to see how everything was going and to see if I had any questions, concerns or issues. He’s very personable. Every professional that came out to do their part were excellent and perfectionist. You could tell they took pride in the job they were doing and made sure it was done right the first time. I will be honest; they were not the cheapest, but we felt as though it was money well spent without a doubt! They are the best at what they do, and they built a high-quality product. This includes the experts they hire, their customer service, communication, how they present the project to the customer, their honesty, their knowledge, quality products, their expertise and the overall great disposition of everyone at Larsen’s Pool and Spa. I even got to meet Eric’s dad, he’s so funny and nice! This is truly a family operation that takes pride in their craft, and it shows. The building of our pool went very fast. I was so shocked! With all that said we broke ground on May 3, 2025, and they started filling the pool on July 1, 2025! On July 4th we officially broke it in! I was referred to Jeff and Sarasota's Best Construction & Flooring LLC. The job was done to all my specifications, high quality workmanship, professional, and quickly executed. In September of 2023 it was time to remodel my kitchen, there was no doubt that I would contact Jeff and Sarasota’s Best Construction & Flooring LLC to do this job as well. "They did a really amazing job. It seamed after only a few minutes talk that they exactly knew what we wanted. So it was easy to built trust right away. They never tried to talk us in to something. They did the whole job while we where back in Germany and provided us with pictures from the work they did all the time and always responded to any questions almost right away. Special thanks to Jasmin.She always got back to my emails within minutes. I can highly recommend the Yety team when you want a job done perfect. They even started to put all the stuff back in the new cabinets."

"10 word minimum. We recently did a complete remodel of our 3000 sq ft home and South Shore Construction did a fantastic job! This remodel involved blowing out walls,, creating an arch entrance, and moving the kitchen foot print as well as painting, flooring, electrical etc. Kevin our GC was very detailed and communicated well with us throughout the entire process! When a few hiccups happened along the way Kevin was quick to fix and resolve the issue. All the work was done at a very professional level. Go ahead and call South Shore! You won’t be disappointed!"

"Nabil was very good and made sure all of our needs were taken care of. The quality of the work was excellent, everything was completed in a timely fashion, faster than anticipated. If we had an issue he took care of it with no problem. He did our kitchen, all of the floors, and the guest bathroom vanity. We will be using him again for the master bathroom."
