"Andrey and his associate came out and in less than a day repaired the cracks in my chimney and re stucco d the top half. He told me he's be back to paint on Tuesday and showed up right when he said he would. This would have been a 5 rating if when it came time to pay they accepted credit cards as they listing shows. Andrey said they only accepted checks at this time, so reluctantly I gave him one. It throws my budget off as I was planning to have to pay the full amount next month, and get some travel miles in addition. If they are no longer accepting credit card payments they should update their listing and web site. It was worth the price and they did good work, but this left a bad taste in the end"

Key Advice for Future Customers: ✔ Check materials upon delivery to ensure they are the correct color. ✔ Ensure plywood sheets are numbered and accounted for properly. ✔ Have a fluent English speaker available for the final walkthrough."

They answered all my questions fully and promptly. I found John and his company to be straightforward, knowledgeable and reliable, which are characteristics I value highly when trusting someone with such a big project for my home. He even came out and replaced a bad piece of trim right away after we noticed some issues with it after the house was painted. It had been installed correctly but was just a faulty piece, which seems rare but either way was fixed quickly and we are happy. "I have known Bruce for many years. I needed his expertise on some rotting fascia. He came out, gave me a fair estimate and had the job done within a week. That was several months ago. Yesterday, he completed another similar rotting fascia board section replacement. Again he was very attentive to details. He even cleaned up! He’s a great craftsman!"

"We just finished a spectacular install by Karoly Doors and Windows. It all started with Brandon and the sales presentation. There was no pressure and he was knowledgeable and kind, which made us feel confident in our decision to chose them. I had timely notifications on the arrival of my hurricane windows and sliding glass doors and prompt scheduling once they arrived. We were so excited to get on the schedule and the office streamlined everything. Bo and William were two of the nicest, professional, and hard working installers imaginable. Picasso could not of installed these windows more perfectly! They were clean and took their time, the caulking looks like artwork to me! What a great company, I am so happy we chose them.
