"Reached out to Jason for an estimate to install the new marble tile in our remodeled bathroom. When we called we did leave a message and he returned it at the end of the work day which was fine. He explained he was in the middle of a job and gives his current job his uninterrupted and undivided attention until he is done for the day. When he came to give the estimate he was there on time which to me is 10 mins early. Since the first time we met him we liked him. He was able to visually look at the "new" walls that were put up and extras in the shower and knew every imperfection in it just by looking at it. From the not level bench to the slight difference in the edges. To say impressed was an understatement. He backed up his findings by showing us using our own level so we were comfortable with what he was saying. Then he didn't even bat an eye when he was told that it was marble and not your standard 12x12 pieces he would be working with or how my wife wanted it wrapped around the entire shower including the ceiling. He listened and even gave new ideas on how to do something to make it look better. Other estimates were obtained but after a few it was clear we were not impressed with anyone like we were with Jason. No one seemed to have the eye for detail that he did and that is what definitely sold my wife on him so he was hired. A start date was given and he stuck to it and he was there right on time every single day until the job was completed. Once he started, it was clear why he got the reviews his did and his eye for detail is amazing. Every imperfection and flaw in the walls, etc were nothing to him. He knew exactly what to do and still give us the best outcome without ever compromising the quality of the work. The man is amazing at what he does and so worth every single penny he was paid. Using the ideas my wife had and his knowledge and expertise it turned out so much nicer than we would have ever imagined."

"I have never dealt with a more incompetent company as Best Flooring. It started with the removal of all the original flooring which left holes in my wall, chipped cabinets and every corner of my house walls scuffed. They were very apologetic and promised to make it right…They didn’t. I brought up many concerns during demolition and installation. My floors upstairs were creaking like I lived in a 100 year home. There were cracked planks in every room. The floors were moving when stepped on. They came out twice to fix the problems and used my 4 un-opened boxes to replace the “problem” areas. I finally had to get a certified floor specialist to come to my home to give an unbiased opinion on what was going on. Which cost more money out of my pocket. Come to find out they never leveled my floors correctly. So As of right now I am out of over $22,000…What I paid them for the flooring, what the flooring cost and plumber fees. They broke my flanges on 2 toilets and reinstalled my master bath toilet when repairing the floors for the second time and the toilet leaked to my downstairs. There is countless other problems like ruining my rug, spilling something on my outside freshly painted porch that is now discolored. I could go on and on. My floors are only 3 months old!!! Please do not use this company. They are awful and have no clue what they are doing!"

"I was in the market for a new deck in front of my shed. I got a couple of quotes from other companies on Angi including Tim's with Classic Enterprises. His quote was much lower than the others, so I hired him. He got me on the schedule rather quickly with plans to start 1 week after agreeing to use his company. He showed up when he said he would each time. He did an amazing job on my deck and got it done in 2 days. I wanted a little extra support in some areas of the deck and I told him what I wanted and he made sure it was done. He even showed me pictures to reassure me since I wasnt home to watch. The deck came out beautiful. He really did an amazing job and the whole experience was great from the first day he came out to give me a quote, to the quote itself, to the day he came to collect final payment. I will definetely be calling him again for future projects around my home."
