"Pete has provided the ultimate in customer service.   He is very accessible and attentive to the needs of a new pool, and goes above and beyond to be sure that his customer's are satisfied.   Over the years, we have had exposure to many others, and he is the best by far!  He provides recommendations and provides added services as needed (as we had some issues with the original installer).
Thanks Pete for such a great experience - we look forward to the weekly service for years to come!

"Judy Sarsten, the Ten Plus Services office manager, was very responsive, pleasant and professional.  The crew assigned to the job, Paul and Dexter, arrived at the time promised.  They showed me the corrosion problem (structural rupture) that precluded fixing the old unit.  When I inquired about replacement options, Paul provided well-reasoned advice about the heat pump and gas-fired alternatives.  I decided a gas-fired pool heater would be best.  Paul said the office would send me a proposal.
Judy sent a detailed estimate the next business day, including the Angie's List discount and offering to waive the service call fee for the first visit.  The $2500 price seemed fair; it was less expensive than the old unit (purchased by a previous homeowner).  I accepted their proposal on the condition that the work would be accomplished within nine days.  Ten Plus Service made this happen.  Paul and Dexter did an excellent job installing the new unit and the new gas line needed to supply it.  They were pleasant to work with and readily answered my questions regarding various aspects of the installation.  They showed me how to operate it and how its use can be coordinated with my solar panels.  They hauled away the old unit and all trash.
Employing Ten Plus Service was a pleasure from start to finish.  The heater is working very well, as evidenced by a 5 degree Fahrenheit water temperature increase over two hours, even with the outside air temperature below 60.  I am very satisfied and will gladly hire them again.

"We had an old solar panel on the roof (installed by a previous owner for the hot water heater and disconnected who knows when). The roof began to leak around on the solar panel "legs". They removed the panel, sealed up the areas and took away the monstrosity. They were perfection!!!!"

"They did a great job. From Jordon, the representative to Arby the onsite foreman, the admin staff, the superintendent, and all the installers. And, the price was better than their competitors, which is rare for the quality of work that was done. Highly recommended."

"What a find!!!!.......Finally I found someone that just does NOT want to charge twice as much as should be paid for the same service. Finally a tech that came out to the house on time.........and fixed a problem that other techs indicated could NOT be repaired & they could install a new unit rather than fixing the old. Thank you Tristan. Made me feel very special......and had him return 3 weeks later for problem #2 & it was the same........he really cares about doing it the right way. The best we ever had.......a real winner that knows how to do the right thing & not just charge big bucks! Got a problem, try Tristan......you will not be disappointed. Big Stu"

"The job was completed quickly and the guy who installed it was very knowledgeable."

"We had our 15,000 gallon in-ground swimming pool resurfaced by Fibre Tech. We are very pleased with the work that they did. We are extremely satisfied with the smooth finish on the bottom of our pool. A 25 year warranty made us feel great about our decision to use Fibre Tech. Our salesman John Hess, the office staff and the installers were very professional, honest and dependable. We are very pleased with our Fibre Tech Pool and would highly recommend the product and the people working for the company."
