He and his wife are quite the team, friendly, efficient, and incredibly talented. They worked room to room, carefully moving furniture and professionally installing, caulking, and painting each area. Their attention to detail shows! Throughout the project, they carefully ensured everything was neat and clean. I am so excited to have such incredible trim and baseboards I can be proud of again. He texted back that he was still coming that day. As it grew late, I texted again because the job was clearly not going to be done. He replied that he couldn't come due to problems with another job. I immediately requested a cancellation and a refund, but he refused. He began offering a lot of nonsense excuses, including saying that he can't return things, which is untrue. He was rude, unprofessional, and totally uncooperative. Even though I proposed a solution, he still refused to cooperate and still didn't refund my money. He never arrived and did not do work. Nothing has been refunded so far, and I have had no further communications from him. I also found similar complaints about him from other customers."
