"Ok, so its been a year and its about time I write a review and I will keep it short. I bought the spa from Rec Spa and Pool at a home show. My wife wanted a spa for many years and now it was her anniversary. I let her pick it out and negotiate it, and of course, she went top of the line. They treated her great and she was so excited. They made the purchase easy with no problems and easy payment terms. Their installation people were great, as was their recommended electricians (more like outstanding). Great purchase and the owner Mike Hanson and his right hand man Ed, are great to deal with. So now a year later... I have had a couple of minor and one major problem with the spa. Their service was always impeccable and was usually completed within a few days. No arguments, just fixed (parts replaced) in a timely manner. Nego, the service tech is tops in my book. So take it from me, these guys are great and both my family and my neighbors love the spa."

"We recently had a new pool designed and constructed by Coral Pools, Mike Fili. Mike has turned a dull non-remarkable back yard into a thing of beauty. With not much space to work with, Mike made the pool area something to be envied. The waters features, fountain, and deck jets, provide a beautiful addition with the waters giving everyone a wonderful sense of Zen as the water flows throughout the pool. The whole experience was non-stressful and exciting. Although everyone was struggling with supply chain issues, Mike kept us posted and managed to complete the project timely. Mike's biggest fans are our two miniature Schnauzers Harper and Holly. They spend their days swimming, frolicking in the water and sun bathing on the pool steps. I called many other companies first who told me they didnâ t have time, were weeks booked out, or were just plain rude already trying to quote exuberant fees without even looking at the problem at my house. Aqua Pro responded to my call within 5 minutes. They promised to have someone come over and they arrived sooner than I expected in a professional truck with every piece of equipment needed to diagnose my problem. After 30 minutes of inspecting the issue, Yariel gave me a full explanation of my options and a proposal. I accepted the proposal and Yariel immediately called his colleague Juan to come over and begin the job.
