He missed cleaning the pool regularly. There was algae all over the bottom of the pool. The water was always low. Never checked the chemistry. I travel a great deal, so he just let it go, and then demanded payment. I would come back to this. The picture shown of the green algae on the bottom, the low water levels, and the hose left in the pool. He had not been there in over a month. the picture is proof he charged for service he did not provide. Truly awful company. I am writing this, so others can avoid the same mistake. Worst pool person I have ever dealt with. The company I use now is wonderful.

He is courteous and knowledgeable. My pool water was deteriorating due to a guy who did not do the maintenance right and he has recuperated my water and so dar I'm very happy and highly recommend him.

He was very polite, he came and tested the pool water then told me what needed to be added to the pool. He cleaned the filters and vacuumed the basket on the end. The best part about this guy is that I didn't have to sit their and watch him. He showed up to do the job and did it well and also gave me a fair quote.
