"We recently had a new pool designed and constructed by Coral Pools, Mike Fili. Mike has turned a dull non-remarkable back yard into a thing of beauty. With not much space to work with, Mike made the pool area something to be envied. The waters features, fountain, and deck jets, provide a beautiful addition with the waters giving everyone a wonderful sense of Zen as the water flows throughout the pool. The whole experience was non-stressful and exciting. Although everyone was struggling with supply chain issues, Mike kept us posted and managed to complete the project timely. Mike's biggest fans are our two miniature Schnauzers Harper and Holly. They spend their days swimming, frolicking in the water and sun bathing on the pool steps. "My name is Ed Contreras I am a spa lover especially Jacuzzi, I know the benefits of hydro therapy, and have been a fan of Jacuzzis for more than 20 years. I used to own a big nice Jacuzzi for 9 years until it was time to change. I was considering many options including building a pool and spa but honestly I did not want to invest too much. Then, I meet Joseph Zakrzewski at Rec Pool and Spa in Broward, he as good salesman he start with the regular sales speech, however, after I explained my needs and experience he start looking for the best fit for me for the price I was willing to pay and the quality I want. After he explained and show me different options I left the store saying I need to see other options which I did, but anytime I find something I thought it was better Joseph explain why it wasnâ  t by text, cell, whatsup you name it, the friendly guy became a friend giving advice. Until I made the final decision and he basically pick the spa for my needs which I love it, few weeks later the sounds system has a small issue and have to deal with the store manager Mike and the technicians to correct the small issue and they went overboard, that is why they got 5 starts from me because their excellent sales advisor, competitive price and quality, outstanding customer service and technician and friendly familiar environment I definitely recommend this team and in 10 years I definitely will be back to change my Jacuzzi! "I called 8 pool service companies to repair my non-working pool pump. I sent pictures of the pump to 5 of them. 2 promised to come out within 2 days and never showed or contacted me again. 1 company came out but said they thought I needed an electrician. Elite Pool and Spa Services stayed in constant contact with me and came out when they promised. They replaced the motor but then realized the filter unit was bad (very old, pieces coming off and leaking badly). They quoted me the price to replace the filter unit and told me when they would be back. Right on time, again! They worked diligently and double and triple checked for any leaks. The difference in water circulation in my pool is absolutely astounding. I actually cried when they switched it on and it worked beautifully. We were unable to use the pool at all and now we look forward to a long summer of enjoyment. I am also hiring them to do the weekly maintenance on my pool. I very highly recommend Elite Pool and Spa. They care about their customers."

"OP pool repair and leak service was great, they fixed a problem we have been having for over 1 year. We had a leak and other companies could not find it so we thought that was it, We had to live with a leak that required us to fill our pool twice a week which was costing us a lot of money on water and extra chemicals to keep our pool blue.
