They did a fantastic job. The floor looks fantastic. They showed up timely and completed the job in 2 days with no problems. Their office was excellent in communicating with me, helping me schedule the job in a timely manner. They also did not require any down payment until they began the job. Definitely would recommend them.

They did my floor, and it looks great, aside from the 8 inches of discoloring where they left my refrigerator out and did not push it back to do the floor underneath the fridge, and the fact that there is a line between the main room and the side room, which is a different color! I had another contractor come in just to look at it, and he said that they did not even do the edges professionally. That is not all; they told me before we started that it was okay to start two weeks after I asked to do the job due to building licensing (which they did not exactly rush to fulfill). I told them all my stuff was in storage and was scheduled to be brought into the apartment by that date. They said no problem; we will put all your things in one room and do the rest of the apartment first. Then we will move your things and do the last room. When I walked in, however, my stuff was ALL OVER the apartment while they had sanded the concrete! What does that mean? It means I have had to throw half my things out, and I have had to wash and clean every single thing I own, from my shoes to my scarves to pillows to clothing to my piano! Can you believe they told me they would leave my piano in a side room while they worked on the main room, but it just got lost in the mix with everything and is now covered in dust? How do you clean a piano of dust you cannot even see? These things were not inside my apartment when I booked the job, as I had not fully moved in yet. But I could not wait any longer and left my things, my storage, and my rage and they said they would take care of my stuff! They assured me that they would move my things (I even had a guy of my own scheduled to come over and make sure all my things were moved without breaking anything, but yes, they also broke some of my stuff). But they never called me to have my guy come over to move the stuff! Because they did not care about my things, They just wanted a job booked. I even told them very clearly after all was said and done that this was not okay. They did not offer me any sort of refund (as I paid upon seeing the floors were generally okay), but what bothers me most is that they did not even apologize. I am not one to write bad reviews for anybody, but Juan, I sent you a message explaining to you that I was misled about how my things were going to be taken advantage of, and you did not even respond. Maybe next time tell the customer not to bring their belongings to storage, to take better care of their belongings, to offer a refund, or at the very least acknowledge the issue and apologize. I am three days out and still cleaning every single cushion, towel, and rug I own!

This company exceeded our expectations! From start to finish Urbanac Surfaces Pro was amazing! Juan quoted us a very fair price on our difficult space and delivered a beautiful outcome. The workers were courteous, punctual and professional. We were extremely impressed with Aniel as he took pride in his work, which is a reflection of the expertise and customer satisfaction that this company provides to itâ s patrons. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent. If I didnâ t witness it with my own eyes, I would not believe it is the same floor! I highly recommend this company for an outstanding flooring job.

The whole crew was punctual, polite and professional. They completely restored my black marble floor and it looks brand new. I highly recommend this company!

The customer service is excellent. An appointment time and estimate was quick as was scheduling 1200 sqft of marble flooring and counters for cleaning and polishing. The floors look brand new! All work was performed to the satisfaction of the customer. Care was taken to follow-up on all work performed. Expectations were exceeded.

I called Urbanac because of the numerous 5 star reviews on Home Advisor, the first time I used Home Advisor. Urbanac cleaned and sealed the previously unsealed, very worn and dirty travertine floor and large shower floor in a master bath and made it clean, safe, and inviting. They repaired the grout in that shower and in a smaller shower where the water was seriously leaking as the building had shifted and exposed a crack between the porcelain tile wall and floor. They also cleaned and sealed that tile floor. They also cleaned, polished, and sealed three marble vanity counters. The best part was that followed up to make sure their work met my expectations and their very high standards.
