I needed to have wall to wall carpeting removed from my house that had been tacked down with larger than typical nails by previous owner. Paul and Greg from Word of Mouth did a great job of carefully removing nails and carpet preventing further damage to terrazzo floor underneath. I am also pleased that they were punctual, friendly and professional."

"Fernando is truly a master of his craft. We had extensive damage from rot, water, and termites in our oak hardwood floors. This was due to improper installation of the original flooring by a previous owner. Fernando tore the flooring and subfloor out down to the concrete for 2/3 of the floor. He rebuilt the entire floor and replaced it with new properly installed flooring. The integration of the old and new flooring is seamless. His expert staining of the new flooring exactly matches the decades old original. You get what you pay for. Don’t be intimidated by the price of his work he’s reasonable and flexible and worked with us to keep the costs as low as possible. He cleaned up the worksite removing all the debris from the tear out. I will be hiring him for a refinish job in the near future. I strongly suggest that you choose this company as your top contender for your hardwood floor work."
