The Salesman we worked with, Scott Mavis, did a great job of showing us our options and helping us decide on the best solution for us. They really worked hard to meet our timeline to get the job done when we needed it done. Jimmy coordinated everything and did a great job of keeping us informed. The gentlemen who did the plumbing and installation were so pleasant, professional and did an outstanding job. They cleaned up after each day and told us what the next step was and when they would be back. We are already planning on more jobs to have them do! I highly recommend them."

"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"We had two very old showers, one with a tub, replaced. Steve and Mike were our service providers. They were very professional and thorough. They had to do a lot of demolition and carting out of old materials before they could install the new showers. The work was completed in 3 days and they put in long days. In one shower it was discovered that part of the wall was rotted. They replaced this for us and we were not charged any extra. The results are beautiful."

"We worked with Jennifer to redesign our kitchen. Jennifer had great ideas & was patient with us during the design stage. We ended up taking a wall down & moving things around. The flooring in the great room was also replaced. The work was completed professionally & looks beautiful- the house looks so much bigger & brighter now. When I came home from work at night the house was as clean as if no one had ever worked on the house. The crews always left the house very clean.  We had shopped around prior to choosing Gilbert design. There were others who were less expensive, but we were not impressed with response time or professionalism. We are extremely happy with our new living space."
