Signed the contract 2/13/25. Never heard from them again until mid march when the installation was supposed to be completed by end of March. I was actually given specific dates. No word, then I called in April, actually twice, no follow-up. Then I get the call in May telling me they are ready to schedule and they can get me on the books within the next two weeks. Almost 2 months after the dates expected. No communication. I had other construction people planned around this and all had to be rearranged more than once and I could not get an answer. I told them to refund my money I did not trust or want to do business. I was advised that I had a 3-day right of recission - well I did not know they were going to fail in 3 days. THere is no way to know they are not going to perform in 3-days. People should be aware and they are using a company called Bird-Eye that prevents people from posting bad reviews. ITs unethical. They are hiding the truth.

The job was to replace the tub with a shower and glass doors. Wendell and Aaron were very professional. They arrive on time, ready to work, very pleasant, nice. This guys work so hard, they work all day and they finished in one day, they was very careful with their tools and such at the house. They did an amazing job. It looks so nice. I DO RECOMMEND THEM and you will be pleased with their work. Thank you guys.

Shower Installation and Replacement
Install date April 9,2025. Today is May 21, 2025. it has been 42 days since the install. Company has not yet solved our complaint as of today's date. Our complaints were a bad finished product. 1. Caulking job was terrible (repaired after two trips) 2. Doors rattle at the bottom very easily. 3. Water leaks very easily while taking a shower. 4. Waiting time between complaints was not acceptable. 5. The project was not fulfilled to our satisfaction. As of today's date we are still waiting.

Clearwater Shower & Bath, LLC helped me to select an in-stock material so we could schedule the install the following week vs 8 weeks, normally, I credit Rocky, the sales rep., and the owner for listening to my desire to complete the installation sooner rather than later and taking action to make it happen. The install team worked professionally, communicated well throughout the process, keep the work site clean and I was pleased with their attention to detail on the finished product,

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The crew were so friendly and professional. They did a wonderful job and it wasn't easy taking out all the old tile and a cement block half wall. I was especially happy about the way they cleaned up afterwards. The product it the best! I called Bill at the office and said we found one tile not replaced by the floor and they came right out and fixed it.

Matt and Blake were very professional, arrived on time and did a FANTASTIC JOB on replacing my old shower with a brand new one! Thank goodness I had no issues behind my 29 year old manufactured home walls! I enjoyed being able to peek in now and then to see the progress. My master bathroom is not very big so my original shower was on the small side but they were able to magically enlarge it and now it's more roomier and a lot prettier! I love it! Their pricing was very fair and I received not only a Senior Discount, I also received a First Responder discount as well as I used to be a Firefighter!
