The Salesman we worked with, Scott Mavis, did a great job of showing us our options and helping us decide on the best solution for us. They really worked hard to meet our timeline to get the job done when we needed it done. Jimmy coordinated everything and did a great job of keeping us informed. The gentlemen who did the plumbing and installation were so pleasant, professional and did an outstanding job. They cleaned up after each day and told us what the next step was and when they would be back. We are already planning on more jobs to have them do! I highly recommend them."

"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

The flooring in the great room was also replaced. The work was completed professionally & looks beautiful- the house looks so much bigger & brighter now. When I came home from work at night the house was as clean as if no one had ever worked on the house. The crews always left the house very clean.  We had shopped around prior to choosing Gilbert design. There were others who were less expensive, but we were not impressed with response time or professionalism. We are extremely happy with our new living space."
