"Jason was one of 8 companies that came out to assess the master bath shower in a 13-year-old home I purchased. He was the only honest professional in the bunch. Everyone else wanted to rip out the entire shower and make a major project out of it for a lot of money. Jason said the only real functional issue was the shower stall glass and frame. He said I should not be paying him for unnecessary work unless I wanted to totally remodel the shower and tile that was external to the bathtub. He thought about the problem, not immediately about what he could sell me. He called a glass company himself, described the situation and got me a very economical quote to replace that part of the shower stall. Clearly he is an expert that does high quality work. He has the customer's best interest as his major concern. If I decide at some time to replace the tub/external shower combo with a walk-in shower Jason is the ONLY remodeler I would contact."

"We were very pleased with the services provided by Gilbert Design Build. We wanted to renovate the kitchen and to place an accent wall with electric fireplace and TV in the living room. The project begins with meeting the president and the designer to discuss ideas and samples see if we're all a good fit. The designer and president then visit the house to see the exact spaces to be built or renovated. The project manager then completes measurements and designer orders materials. When all materials are on hand the site manager schedules the professionals in tile, plumbing, electrical, and framing to their dates Each was pleasant, worked with cleanliness, and delivered a great product. Only two glitches occurred in the process: 1. The distance between the TV and the fireplace heater was not sufficient. This took more tiling but was corrected. 2. The pots and pans rack was very noisy. This was corrected with drawers. Overall a very professional job by Gilbert Design and Build."
