I manage the Grande Riviera in Sarasota Fl. The 8th floor penthouse had water damage in kitchen which had wood floors. This is an 8,000,000 unit. Alex was hired the remove the damaged flooring, and replace with marble tile. Alex was on time, honest and treats your home like its his. He is a perfectionist when it comes to his work ethic.
