If I could give 10 stars, I would! I can't begin to say enough about the excellent kitchen remodel Phillip did for us. He transformed our 1980's dilapidated kitchen into a beautiful space. From ceiling restructuring to recessed lighting, ceiling light and fan, granite countertops, glass tile backsplash, deep undermount sink and ordering and installing stainless steel appliances. We added electrical outlets and he even replaced one in the bathroom for us. He kept us informed every step of the way. It was a pleasure to work with him. His wife, Stacey, accompanied us to choose the countertop. After choosing the countertop, she brought several backsplash samples for us to see against the countertop. Couldn't be more pleased!

They did an outstanding job. The quality and workmanship went way beyond our expectations. The job was done right on schedule and we couldn’t be happier and more proud of our beautiful home now. We highly recommend 3D Building and Remodeling.

The 3D building team was absolutely a dream to work with.All the subcontractors were very professional and friendly. The work site was clean and organized .Phil, the owner, frequently gave us updates on the progress of our kitchen remodel. The designer ,Stacy,was a tremendous help when it came to picking out countertops ,hardware, backslash and color scheme. Everone that comes to my home loves the new kitchen. 3D building and remodeling is the whole package! I can't wait to have them back for a bathroom update.

Excellent work! This remodel was done in a timely manner and Phil was on top of the project the entire time - each worker he had did their job to perfection. If a problem came up, Phil had it solved immediately. I would definitely hire him again!

I can't say enough great things about Phil and Stacey with 3D Remodeling and Building. Phil and the team of people he works with made my dream of having a beautiful kitchen a reality. There was never a time during the remodel that he didn't keep me informed. He took the time to explain things to me and was so patient with all of my questions. Stacey has a gift for design and somehow knew what I wanted even when I didn't know what I wanted. I'm still so impressed at how smoothly everything went. If I called Phil he always answered my call or would call back immediately. He was there either doing the work himself or overseeing that it was done perfectly. He was always professional and so down to earth. After a while he felt like family. I can't wait until I'm calling him back to remodel my bathrooms. 3D Building and Remodeling is one of the most professional companies in the area. My kitchen was due for a remodel and we spoke to several companies in the area and just didn’t feel any connection. Then we met Phil and Stacy and we immediately knew that they were right for us. They came in and genuinely listened to our needs and wishes. Shortly after they came back to us with a budget that worked and literally blew us away by their design concepts and style choices. They not only showed us some great cabinetry but Stacy’s selections for countertops, backsplash tile, paint colors and hardware really exceeded our expectations. They started the project when they said they would, kept us on schedule and handled everything from permitting to finish painting. Wow. I can’t say enough about them and their team of professionals except just call them first and save yourself some time. I highly recommend them.

Phil (the general contractor) and Stacy (his wife the designer) were awesome to work with. They get to know you so that they can anticipate your needs. Stacy was a great help with layout and shopping trips for flooring, tile and countertops to fit our style. When our tile selection wasn’t available, she worked to find something that we liked even better. This was a major remodel happening during the pandemic so there were delays but Phil did all he could to keep it moving and wanted nothing more than our complete satisfaction. Their carpenter also insists on perfection. There were some bumps along the way but Phil was available whenever there was a hiccup or perceived emergency. When something wasn’t perfect, he made it right. I can’t say enough about the integrity of this company. We are very pleased with the result and would definitely use them again.
