Matching Maids

As usual, these gals showed on time. Since covid-19 they apparently are staying safe and keeping us safe by wearing masks they kept on at all times. They cleaned from the fans down, got all of the window blinds, cleaned the faces of pictures and mirrors that had accumulated dust from tile laying that we were able to have done in March. They work so well together, and work well with me. My husband and I are always so pleased with how the house looks and smells, how appliances are cleaned, how Maria remembers the fingerprints on the sliding door handle, Etc. I highly recommend them and hope they continue to stay safe and find many other safe opportunities until a vaccine is found. We will be having them come back every 5 weeks from now on, our treat for having to staycation in Florida.

The team from Matching Maids showed up at the agreed time, and performed a deep cleaning of my home in about 2 hours. They cleaned all floors, dusted, cleaned the fridge, cleaned the oven, made the beds, toilets tubs and took out the trash. They were great and I would highly recommend!

Matching Maids is the fourth cleaning service we've hired in 3 years but the only one that we've had back, now, 3 times in a row and who I hope to continue using. All the others faltered after the second visit, either putting in less than the agreed upon hours or giving lackluster service that required that i take an earnest look around before they departed and ask that they stay in order to do something obvious that they've missed. I think that this is because the owner of Matching Maids comes (along with one assistant) EACH TIME and that she understands that in this competitive business, it is easier to keep a satisfied customer than it is to find /develop new customers. There is absolutely minimal distraction w/ either woman using their phones and NONE of the others we've hired have ever been as prompt with their arrival each and every time as is Matching Maid. Although I would prefer a bit more thorough focus on the kitchen, as the most used room in our home, I am certain i only need to say this and it will be done to my satisfaction. On those occasions where we have guests coming and the (unused, therefore un-included) guest room needs to be included, or I decide i'd like the laundry floor (another 'un-included' room) mopped, the gals hustle in order to include these in their work. This is also the only service that finds time to consistently clean the finger smudges on our most-used sliding glass entry AND to get any spills in the oven. THAT'S what makes me continue to hire them and feel that although they're not the least expensive cleaners, they're consistently the best.

Maria and her assistant were prompt (actually arrived earlier than we got home to be there for them). I appreciated that Maria followed instructions of cleaning my husband's den first and asked about cleaning rooms that with other cleaners, I have left out to save money. Blinds & finger prints on the sliding door were both addressed. Our reason for being dissatisfied with two recent cleaning companies (not cleaning obvious drips off the fronts of our kitchen cabinets) was also done well. The oven was cleaned, which it hadn't been since we were being 'courted' by another (expensive) service last summer. My husband was impressed that 'his' coffee pot was spic'nspan, as well. Tile floors look great and were left nearly dry so that I could re-lay our area carpets before the gals left. I like that one of the gals even swept outside the front door as Maria reloaded their van. There were four spots that were overlooked that could most definitely have used glass cleaner or Pledge. I feel that if I looked around and had asked to have these done the gals would have done them cheerfully and, noting the price, if I'd asked them to sweep the guest bedroom, that would have been included. It is my fault for not having a quote for price ahead of time. We've only paid this much for cleaning when there's been 6 hours of cleaning or a 5 hour 'special' (@ $140, that was every bit as thorough). Maria quoted a 'matching' price to that which we've paid for 4 1/2 - 5 hours once-a-month IF we hire Matching Maid in the future, which at this point I am inclined to do in hopes of finding dependable once-a-month cleaning at a price that doesn't make me feel I should be cleaning, myself.

They were on time and did a good thorough job cleaning the house.

They did a good job, but broke the shelf in my refrigerator without telling me, and cleaned my self-cleaning oven with oven cleaner, leaving a lot of the cleaner still in the oven. The next time we cooked food, it had the smell of the oven cleaner and we threw it out.

Great price. Team was actually early, did a nice job, and they were friendly and accommodating. A couple of spots could have used a little more attention, but for the price, I thought it was an awesome deal.

It went fantastic, nothing greater than to come home and see my wife laying on the bed watching TV while the house was being finished up!!! She was very grateful and the service was above standard!!! Would use again and will!!!

Very well, did a good job of cleaning the house, they were polite courteous and quick.

They were professional and thorough and did a couple of extra things I requested, including a wall of mirrors in my living room.

The ladies did an amazingly wonderful job! I've had other cleaning companies in over the years and I have to say this is the BEST JOB I have ever seen. They did high ceiling fans and pot shelves, cleaned all the baseboards, hanging pictures and artwork were all dusted, bathrooms and kitchens sparkled (and smelled great from the products they used) the floors were immaculately spotless, window blinds and sliding glass doors shone, and even the icky back porch floor was clean once they were done. VERY hard working ladies, I would have them back again and again, and would recommend them to everyone!

It went great! They went right to work and did an excellent job. Exceeded our expectations. Very thorough cleaining. We are very happy and would definitely recommend this company.

I was very impressed with Maria and her helper, I m sorry I didn't get her name, They came in and got straight to work. When they left, my house felt clean not only was clean. l I don't know what cleaner they used but my house smells really lovely. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Not well. What was promised in the promotion was not delivered. Very unsatisfied with this service.

Not well, house was clean just needed dusting, vacuuming, floors damp mopped. They left a few dishes in the sink rather than put them in the dishwasher, had to ask them to vacuum my living room paid extra for them to clean my bedroom. Didn't dust.

These ladies did a fabulous job cleaning our home when we were moving out and I've hired them several times since then. Do a great job for one-time deep cleaning, which is what I needed. Two women were cleaning for about 3 hours and everything was spotless when they finished!

They did great! Initially they communicated that they might not be able to make the scheduled time, but at the end of it they actually ended up coming a little early, I like the way they stayed in touch. They were friendly and listened to the target areas I had in mind for our home. They did an excellent job, our floors are sparkling and our oven hasn't been this clean since buying our house. I certainly plan to use them again.

These ladies did a fabulous job. I would definitely hire them again, or refer them to friends. Love the fact that even my cabinets were cleaned. They did everything that their coupon said they were going to do and more.

They did not perform a "deep" cleaning. Furniture was not cleaned and polished. Dusting was done but not thoroughly. Door trims still had dust. Refrigerator was forgotten. Floor mopping was not thorough. Ceiling fans were not dusted thoroughly. Maid stood on on my white fabric dining chair with shoes on to dust light fixture (camera footage shows).
