I gave him directions and he arrived within 20 minutes. He had to go on the roof, and then had to dig a hole to find the lower outside cleanout valve. He got everything opened up and was finished within an hour. It was the quoted higher rate of $300, but he wasted no time and we were extremely happy with him and his workmanship.
