I had two toilet fillers replaced. I purchased all the equipment before the job. After three hours, my bill is $525.

On both occasions, the worker was not sure that the pipe could even be repaired because of the condition of the break and because of its location so close to the concrete service walk; however, he did his best, and (we found out after a couple rains) it turned out that what he had done did the trick and was successfully repaired. We were not charged because he was not sure that the repair would work. I was very impressed with his honesty and consideration. Thus, I would definitely recommend them and will call them for any future plumbing problem that we might have.

I 100% would recommend Hasselbusch Plumbing and I plan to use them again.  I have used their services for over 3 years now.  He has worked on our sump pump and all of our toilets.  He will also be coming to cap a gas line attached to an outdoor grill and remove the grill.  
Mr. Hasselbusch has come out various times just to check things, just like he did today.  We have been having a lot of rain, and our power went out so our sump pump was beeping.  He came out just to make sure everything was working fine - and did not charge me for the visit.  The quality of the work is top notch, the prices are fair, and he stands by his work.  I would never think of calling someone else.

It went as it always does when Dave does work for me GREAT! He has been my plumber for probably fifteen years and always does a great job. He is friendly, professional, and an excellent plumber. .He is very neat and when he leaves you would never know any plumbing work has been done because he always cleans up and never leaves a mess. I have to have the drain snaked periodically and always call him to which he responds in a timely manner and takes care of the problem. As I said he is very honest and will not tell you something needs to be done if it doesn't. If you need a plumber he's your man.

This is not the first time that Mr. Hasselbusch has performed work at our house. He has been here to to fix two toilets, replace sump pump, repair leaky pipe to dishwasher, and replace kitchen faucet. This time around he found no problems, and did not charge me for coming out to check everything out. He was very thorough and spent time to explain everything to me. Everything that he has done for us has been quality work at a very reasonable price. He is a certified plumber, and is very professional, personable and courteous. I will use him again in the future and would highly recommend him.

Dave is always on time and professional. He fixes everything without discussion and even checks things before he leaves, tightening a valve here or replacing an aerator over there without asking. He has repaired many things for me in the past and is honest, pleasant, competent and professional.

Dave is a phenomenal person, I trust him enough that he has a key to my house. He is a constant professional. When he is here working we feel comfortable leaving. I can not say enough good things about Dave.

I have used Mr. Hasselbusch's services several times. As usual, he was prompt and professional and knew just what to do. He worked quickly and best of all, the faucet and shower now work perfectly.

I had used Hasselbusch Plumbing in the past, so when my Mom's garbage disposal quit working, I called them first. While not an emergency, it was extremely inconvenient and the sink was constantly backing up. David was able to get me on the schedule quickly.
He removed the broken disposal and installed a much more modern and powerful unit than we had. He took the time to explain how it worked and how to reset it if needed. I am always impressed with how clean he is. Having hired my share of repair people, it’s a refreshing change. He laid drop cloths down in the area and he may have left it cleaner under the sink than when he started!
I would recommend David. He does great work at a good price.

We had an issue with our hot water tank which had been installed less than 1 year ago by another plumber. The pipes were leaking and it was causing damaged to our new rec. room carpet. I contacted Hasselbusch Plumbing and they responded quickly. David identified the problem with the previous installation, and stopped the leaking. He took the time to explain the issue to me and the best way to fix the problem long term. The tank was completely reinstalled. He had to remove the tank and reroute the pipes. Additionally, he upgraded the shutoff valve, in case there was ever a problem in the future with the actual tank. I was extremely pleased with his quick response to our emergency situation. The price was exactly what he quoted and he did the job quickly.
I was impressed with the care David took to keep the house clean. He laid several drop cloths down to make sure that he was not tracking any dirt in from the outside, as he made a few trips back to his truck. When he was done, the area was completely clean of any debris. His attention to detail and respect of our home was truly appreciated

We bought a home and during the home inspection, there was a leaking toilet, which was fixed by the seller's plumber. We moved in and the toilet was leaking within 1 month. We found Mr. Hasselbusch on Angie's List and the reviews were spot on. He is a wonderful, courteous, professional and does outstanding work, explaining the problem and solution clearly. He replaced and raised the rotted steel ring above the surface of the floor for our leaking toilet, instead of just piling on more wax rings (as the previous other person had done). We also had a sump pump and battery backup completely replaced. We also had an exterior cracked and leaking pipe draining the sump pump outside the house and he fixed that with a more flexible system, to accommodate future settling issues should they arise. All 3 jobs took a full day and he even returned the next. We are extremely happy and I would not use anyone else or even look anywhere else because he is a master plumber and we could verify his license with at the State of Ohio website.

We had a toilet that frankly, just wasn't a good performer, and was also not a good water conserver. And of course, this badly-performing toilet became a point of contention in the family, and there was a bit of discord. So I called Mr. Hasselbusch, whom we've used before, and he came out and brought an absolutely wonderful new toilet with him. It's a low-flow toilet with amazing performance, which has everyone in the household happy again. The price was certainly right, as the toilet was less expensive than some of the ones in the local home centers. While he was there, I also took advantage of his services and had him check a problem with our dishwasher and garbage disposal, and a leaky kitchen faucet. All were fixed! Mr. Hasselbusch is a wonderful plumber, very conscientious, makes sure he takes care of the work area, doesn't leave a mess, solves problems quickly, thoroughly, and permanently, and always for a very competitive price. I'm always very pleased with the outcomes when I've called him, and I'll continue to use him for all our plumbing needs in the future!

I have had him out a couple of times for different things. He is punctual and has always been very thorough. He seems to know his job and explains what he is doing. I have had no problems with him. I would use him again in the future if necessary.

Dave spent time making sure that the problem he found was the only one in the bath. He was very careful about our fixtures and their appearance. When I called later for help with a water heater he put me into direct contact with the warranty provider. He has always responded quickly to any problem we have had.

This is the third time I've had this company work in my home. First, I never have to wait for an appointment. Next day or so service if it's not an emergency. He also takes care of more than I called him for. (Installing fixes to prevent further problems, fixing a faucet, etc.) And the price is always right. He cleans up everything before leaving. I wouldn't call anyone else.

Very smoothly. He took the time and care to make it all work well. He charges a little more, but he is a licensed master plumber, does wonderful work, and is worth it.

Very good quality plumber and has very reasonable rates. He's a Master Plumber but doesn't charge for Master Plumber rates. I've used him for many years and will continue to.
