"Roman Empire Builders i found here and i seen his reviews and decided to call for some estimates. We own 3 properties one that we had to evict someone and we kept getting some very high unreasonably seeming prices and couldn't find great references from some guys, but every reference we got from Roman was nothing but he's the best he does any kind of work that you throw at him so he came by we told him if the price we get on our first house looks good and the price is right I have two other houses that need a few things done. "Job consisted of replacing porch brick tile and removing and replacing porch 4 x 4s and railings. Porch is 33 ft by 6 ft. 4x4s were anchored to the porch by Simpson strong ties. Railings were 6 ft and 8 ft in length and Required shortening to fit space. Communication between Handyman by Henderson and owner was excellent. The workmanship was excellent. "The project was to remove a buried cement fish pond that had been buried decades ago by previous owners. The area of the lawn where the buried pond was would not grow grass well and did not drain after rain because whoever buried it did not break up the concrete or put holes in it so the water would drain. We thought it was a shallow pond a foot or two deep. They were going to dig it out by hand, but discovered it was over 4 feet deep at the shallow end and 7 feet deep at the deep end. What originally was going to be a quick simple project turned into a 3 week project and required excavator equipment to remove the old cement which was reinforced with rebar. Cameron kept us informed and got the job done even with all the challenges. We are happy with the result and would recommend MorgranCraft and would hire again for other projects."

They said: if there was anything I did not like to let them know for any changes. But the walk thru was so detail and through there was no need to ask for changes. "All Around Handyman did a great job reinstalling my bathroom sink which had become detached from the vanity. The sink was mounted on the underside of the vanity. All Around Handyman was great with communication, showed up when they said they would, and the technician was courteous and professional. We felt the price was fair and were relieved that they could respond so quickly, as we needed the work done before receiving out of town guests for Thanksgiving.
